We went to the parade and the rodeo on opening day. If this hasn't been on your bucket list, add it! The parade is FULL of horses, easily hundreds of them, which I could enjoy watching for hours! We had plenty of room to sit and watch them go by. We got rodeo seats in the grandstand behind the chutes,... More

We went to see Kid Rock and Tim McGraw. Ticket prices are great. We had great seats for Kid Rock not for Tim. Couldn't really see the stage but they have large screens to see the concert. I think they should stop selling alcohol at a certain time for both concerts rude drunk people, man coming into women's bathroom looking... More

We all enjoyed it despite there being doubt amongst us. Fun for all ages with more than just the rodeo. The rodeo was a blast for all of us and we all learned a lot about it. Fast paced and they kept the action going. Loved most all of the rodeo action although the calf roping was a bit harsh... More

First rodeo. Great introduction. The emcee did a great and amusing job of explaining the competition, the scoring and who won and how. Very entertaining. Don't miss the free "Behind the Chutes" tour where you learn how the owners of the animals earn their prize money. Very informative.

The rodeo was a little long and boring for my younger grandkids (age 5 and 6) but the 12 year old enjoyed it.

Went to the first day of frontier days 2014. The whole family loved it. Loved the fast paced excitement and showmanship. Harshness to the animals is bothersome tho.

Great place to take your family for vacation. Be sure to visit the old west town - just down the sidewalk from the Indian Village! If you're lucky you might get to visit with the mountain man - California Joe!

The Rodeo on Monday was very good and kept action going all the time. With at times more than one thing going on. The seats assigned in B - stand lower (west side) were good but sunny (Row A-E were in sun at 12:15 and each row was shaded every 20 minutes after 1PM) We were able to move up... More
