Tourist Centre recommended the Cheyenne Street Railway tour. I would recommend the railway tour before you start a walking tour. The guide was a local from Cheyenne who knew everything about Cheyenne and its history. You cover the historic downtown as well as millionaires row where the cattle barrens of the time lived. Many historic buildings or the period still... More

Excellent value for money tour of about an hour. Brilliantly compared by the extremely friendly driver, who had vast knowledge of his local area. The tour includes a 20 minute stop at the Wild West museum..certainly recommended

The sound system wasn't working but our guide did a wonderful job. She was very knowledgeable about the historic buildings (some were still there and others were gone). We walked back to several of the places.

Somebody dropped the ball for Depot Days in Cheyenne. Long lines out in rainy weather. Plenty of grumpy passengers some with children waited in lines to catch one of these Trolleys for over 45min. And then on top of it they took one of the trolleys out of service to handle a wedding party with out having a back up... More

Our guide, Walt, was a veritable font of Cheyenne history and local lore. He made the 90 min. trip a lot of fun. They picked us up right at the Union Plaza, and we got to get off at the Frontier Days Museum. We'd had a coupon for 2 tickets for the price of one, so it was $5 for... More

We learned so much from our tour guide on September 2! He has definitely done extra research to be able to relay so many interesting facts. We made several short stops to be able to take pictures instead of just rolling by places, and we so appreciated that. Definitely was a great activity for our last day of vacation in... More

We stopped in Cheyenne on our way to Mount Rushmore and didn't have a lot of time to spend. The trolley ride was a great way to see the major sights in the town without getting lost or having to research the area. The guide was kind to the kids and very knowledgable. In fact, his stories and history lessons... More

We took a weekend trolley tour and loved it. It was well worth the money we paid. The driver was very personable and knowledgable about the history of the area. It was a great way to familiarize yourself with the area and get your interest peaked in places you'd like to go back to and visit more.

This is a great trolley tour of Cheyenne. Our guide gave us some great history of Cheyenne. It was nice to have some one else driving us around the town and telling us about it. I recommend it to any one visiting. We didn't have enough time to get off to see the sights.

We found the Street Railway Trolley very good, it is very well priced as well, from memory I think only $5 per person, my 7 year old nearly died of boredom, however when we stopped at the museum there is a little section where kids can go and play and touch items which he loved. We thought the trip was... More
