This was a great way to see the sights and get some facts about the history of the city. Because it was coming to the end of the summer season there were only 4 more people on it. The driver/narrator was quite a character and very knowledgable and added to the enjoyment of the tour. Definitely recommend this. 😊

We had a "personal" tour, since we were the only two people on the trolley! The driver/tour director had lots of interesting information and took us around to all the major area attractions, giving us valuable insights as to what to explore in more detail on our own.

For $10 each you get an hour and a half of very informative commentary. Learnt such a lot about the railway linkup from east to west and how the town of Cheyenne grew from nothing. The tour/guide.driver was very well informed about the area and obviously a proud resident.

*don't follow gps. Just head for depot clicktower *free parking 2 blocks down from depot just past gunslingers reenactment area *buy tickets inside-if visiting museums with entrance fee, purchase trolley plus ticket (green) which proves to be more economical *driver/guide very informative and humorous on a damp miserable day! *see places that you wouldn't have seen if visiting independently

If your a new visitor to area, with only a few days, then this is a great way to get introduced to the area and history of old town Cheyenne. Our guide was both knowledgeable about the area, but entertaining too. Motels and (our KOA) RV park have 2 for 1 coupons for the tour, so for $5 you can't... More

Tourist Centre recommended the Cheyenne Street Railway tour. I would recommend the railway tour before you start a walking tour. The guide was a local from Cheyenne who knew everything about Cheyenne and its history. You cover the historic downtown as well as millionaires row where the cattle barrens of the time lived. Many historic buildings or the period still... More

Excellent value for money tour of about an hour. Brilliantly compared by the extremely friendly driver, who had vast knowledge of his local area. The tour includes a 20 minute stop at the Wild West museum..certainly recommended

The sound system wasn't working but our guide did a wonderful job. She was very knowledgeable about the historic buildings (some were still there and others were gone). We walked back to several of the places.

Somebody dropped the ball for Depot Days in Cheyenne. Long lines out in rainy weather. Plenty of grumpy passengers some with children waited in lines to catch one of these Trolleys for over 45min. And then on top of it they took one of the trolleys out of service to handle a wedding party with out having a back up... More

Our guide, Walt, was a veritable font of Cheyenne history and local lore. He made the 90 min. trip a lot of fun. They picked us up right at the Union Plaza, and we got to get off at the Frontier Days Museum. We'd had a coupon for 2 tickets for the price of one, so it was $5 for... More
