This trip was great! The boat (Joliet)and the crew were great and very knowledgeable of the river and all land marks. We made two stops, Witches Gulch and Standing Rock. Both stops were flawless and well timed, The shepherd jumping the gap at Standing Rock was very cool to watch.

We did the lower boat tour. The water was too low to board at the normal landing so we had a Duck take us to another pier. Once aboard, the weather was perfect and the scenery was a sight no one should miss. This was the first Dells boat tour for everyone in my party (except for me) and it... More

This was a fun almost 2.5 hour tour of the Upper Dells. I enjoyed the stop at Witch's Gulch and Stand Rock, broke up the monotony of being on a tour for that long both for me and my young children. I would have given 5 stars if not for the following: I was on the port side of the... More

We took the sunset dinner cruise 7-26-2014. The BEST ever. We had table linens and napkins which made it really classy. The staff were great! As soon as we sat at our table they took our drink orders in a timely fashion. We sat on the upper deck and had a wonderful view. We also had great people that we... More

We joined a group on the earliest tour of the day on the Red Cloud. People packed onto the camp chairs on the top deck of the boat. We were advised to stay in the same seats for the entire trip to avoid upsets. Other people who arrived at the dock later found themselves in the cabin below deck. The... More

choose the UPPER River tour not the lower one. the landscape is fantastic and you will have a good time on board. the tour guides know a lot about the lake and the nature. make sure you have good sun protection so you can sit on the upper deck to have a good view. it is a good price for... More

We sat on the top of the boat for the best views. The trip was 2 hours long with 2 stops for visiting sites. (Clean bathrooms and snack bars available at both stops.) The sites were beautiful and interesting. The narrator was a college student and he was really informative as well as a good speaker. The 2 stops were... More

Had a great time on the double decker boat. Price was reasonable - $26 each. Tour guide was very nice and informative. This is the best way to see the Dells!!! At one stop you get to see these amazing rocks with water gushing underneath. Very beautiful!

My family recently spent a day in Wisconsin Dells. We stopped by the information center and asked the man there what we absolutely needed to see or do in town. He told us 2 things- taking a boat tour to see the rock formations and going to a water park. We happily walked down the street and bought our tickets... More

I just rode the Ghost Boat to Cold Water Canyon on July 20. I made a reservation by phone and was told to arrive 30 minutes early. I did so and there was already a long line of people waiting. I believe we did not board the boats until almost 8:30, which is when the boat ride was supposed to... More
