We walked in to this lively winery and were greeted by multiple friendly people who invited us to join their complimentary tasting! There was music playing, people enjoying wine, friendly conversations...we even split a bottle of wine and a pretzel on their heated porch overlooking beautiful woods after our tasting. What a fun place. We all ended up buying wine... More

Stopped by in the early afternoon and enjoyed their free sampling. Their specialty I would venture to say is the fruit wines, which are very good. They have comfortable seating areas to enjoy your wine and a nice gift shop. There's no pressure to buy anything but you will want to after one visit here. Luckily they have a list... More

Arrived at the winery and had to sign in on their Ipad. After that process, the lady at the door said it would only be a few minutes. We wondered around for about 20 minutes- only to see the gift shop. Others finished their tasting and we were never called. No one was behind us and lots of staff standing... More

After winding aroubd the roads outside of Wisconsin Dells we found ourselves excited to visit! Upon arrival the grounds looked well kept and easy navigation to extra parking. When we arrived it was rather busy but were greeted right away but smiling, happy employees! After a short wait (trust me its easy to look around at all the knick knacks... More

We stopped in for a wine tasting and could not have been more impressed. The staff was extremely friendly and the wine was great. It is unusual for us to like every wine at a Wisconsin winery, but that was the case at Fawn Creek. Of special note were the fruit wines, which we thought were especially tasty. It was... More

We had a good time visiting this winery. The grapes are not grown on site, but are shipped in from California to make the wine. If you enjoy, sweeter wines, this really is the place to get some. The best thing, the tastings are free! We were able to sample several wines, plus some wine slushies at no cost. We... More

The place is in a beautiful area, not far from the Dells at all. Beautiful gift inside, and somewhat reasonable. Wine tasting was fun, however, they were completely out of the most popular Cabernet and Chardonnay...two of my favorites. I was very disappointed. It is worth going to, just make sure you go early in the season, before they run... More

Fawn Creek specializes in a variety of wines made with grapes from both California and Wisconsin. While this is probably not politically correct - Wisconsin influenced wines are a lot like the German-influenced wines found in various Midwest states. They tend to be sweet wines / fruit-influenced or flavorted. That said, for a very inexpensive tasting cost, we went thru... More

Great winery just outside the Dells. Seen some other reviews about people not liking their wines. They may not have wines to cater to everyone but they have some of the best fruit wines we have ever had. It was very busy during our visit but they had several areas to do tastings to reduce wait times Beautiful patio/deck area... More

We had to wait for a tasting, that was new, but OK, we'll wait-they did have a couple of groups of 6-8 people who were already tasting. Ten minutes later we were brought to the outside bar, lovely a setting in the trees with set-ups ready to go. Argon, our server, was nice enough and did his job. The wines... More
