The indoor wave pool is the best of any hotel we have ever been too. Very large, plenty of seats, and the roof makes you feel like you are outside. This is a great place for older kids as there is much more water amenities geared toward them as compared to the other places. Theres also mini golf, a ropes... More

We arrived to check in at about 1230 pm and although our room was not ready, a text was sent to me at 3 pm stating that is was. We were able to get waterpark passes to enjoy in the meantime. When I was finished checking in, I was promptly snagged by the reps from Wyndam---I was totally not prepared... More

Our family has been here 3-4 times and as our kids out grow the Great Wolf lodge this will be our soon to be yearly vacation. We love the 2 bedroom condo's, however it is a long walk to indoor pools. They have a very large resort and have 2-3 indoor pool area's and 2 outdoor I believe. Our kids... More

My gripe was that the different parts of the rides had only one or two adult-oriented ones. If one didn't wish to go outside to take a shuttle, one had to walk quite far, especially with small kids, from one venue to another. We did the walking because it was cold outside in swim suits! Then one has to be... More

The water is warm, the staff is friendly and happy. The only critizism I would have is that they don't enforce rules in the hot tubs. There are tons of kids in them, the fact that they are kids are not a problem, but there are so many kids with no supervision, they are jumping off of the sides, they... More

Really had nice time at the Wilderness indoor waterparks. Like the slip resistant floors. Lots of different slides and attractions that kept the range of kids with us very happy (ages 5-11). Liked having the skywalk access from the Glacier Canyon Lodge where we were staying....especially with subzero temps outside. We had a lot of fun with the play area... More

We stayed here for a business conference, our second year in a row. The rooms are quite comfortable but I do not like the high ceilings - make the room seem cavernous. Bathrooms are small in comparison, but good soaps/shampoos and very clean. Great in room coffee, comfy beds and nice pillows. The downside to this hotel is the distance... More
