We took our 8 & 5 year olds at the opening of the day. The exploratory seems dated, but there was plenty to see and do.

Our six year old is easily bored and Dad gts tired of always being in the waterparks. This was so much fun for the son and his dad. Lots to do and the entire place encourages interaction. If you have children who love space, science and all things imaginative, this is a MUST DO!! We were there about 2 hours... More

Been here a few times over the years. Lots of interactive science based displays to play with. A must stop for space enthusiasts. A great place to go on a rainy day in the Dells. My only complaint is it could use an update.

We went with our kids, 7, 10 years old. They loved every second of it! It is a bit outdated in it's presentation but the activities are fun just the same. Recommend

Fun place, kinda pricey for what it is. Got there right when they opened and were the only ones there. Was a tad dated but my kids (6, 4 & 2) enjoyed what they had to offer. Kids might have gotten more out of it if they were a bit older- lots of illusions.

My 3 boys. 11. 10. 9. Enjoyed the hands experience. As a kid I loved it. As an adult it's all the same stuff 20 years later. Buy tickets online at a discount with show.

My only regret was that I didn't plan more time to spend here. We could have easily spent 21/2 hours if we really took our time. We were there 1 1/2 hours and felt it was well worth what we paid for it online. Our three kids and my parents had a great time and enjoyed the hands-on activities.

I would imagine the Exploratory was state-of-the-art and very exciting when brand new. However, some of it seems a bit dated and "cheesy" in 2014. We had a 25% off coupon and still paid $45 for our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids). We did have fun and spent just about two hours there. There are many exhibits with... More
