I would imagine the Exploratory was state-of-the-art and very exciting when brand new. However, some of it seems a bit dated and "cheesy" in 2014. We had a 25% off coupon and still paid $45 for our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids). We did have fun and spent just about two hours there. There are many exhibits with... More

I remember this place from when I was a kid, I went with my son's class recently and it hasn't changed a bit... except the prices. They have the exact same things and not anything more than what they did 25 yrs ago. The "technology" is laughable. a couple interactive things my son liked otherwise he was bored too. IMO... More

We had a 20% off coupon, none of us had ever been there before. We had 2 boys, ages 10 and 11. It appeared that things had been recently painted and it was clean. The style is old, but the boys enjoyed the different activities!! Not sure we'll go back a second time but, if you haven't been it was... More

I felt like I was in a retired science teachers home. There were a few cool things but this definitely was more interesting for the kids. The staff is friendly. The place seems outdated and kind of cheesy. For 3 of us it was $40 dollars so not cheap for what it is. My middle school science teacher would have... More

I did enjoy some of the exhibits. I am 24 and my fiance is 29. We are like big kids and can't wait to have kids so we don't look stupid doing kid things. If you have young kids, this place would be a blast! It would be very educational and would be fun to watch their reactions. We had... More

Our eleven year old boy/girl twins stated this place was the highlight of their Dells trip. That says a lot because we stayed at a waterpark hotel. This place has tons of interesting exhibits that appeal to young, middle and older children, as well as adults. I felt like a kid again!

Dont waste your money on going here. The hands on exhibits were horrible. Most of them not working at all and no organization to the tour. People every where and some exhibits you could not do because the line was so long. Dont waste your time or money to do this.

My whole family enjoyed this museum - it's definitely something for younger children, but there are a lot of activities to try - the kids will love the robots!

We had a coupon. This was a quick hour on the way out of town from our trip. About what we expected. Interesting. Nothing terribly fresh or new.

This was a fun time for the kids. We drove by so many times over the years and never stopped. We had a coupon so decided to try it. I probably wouldn't pay full price for it.
