Fun Stop with good ice cream!

We stopped in to see if the dairy was like ours was in Texas. It was. So that didn't take long, but if you've never seen a dairy in operation, this is a great place to get to... read more

Probably not for couples, seemed much more geared towards young children. Petting zoo area was fun though.

We stopped in to see if the dairy was like ours was in Texas. It was. So that didn't take long, but if you've never seen a dairy in operation, this is a great place to get to watch cows being milked. They have a nice, clean viewing room that looks right into the milking parlor. We thought it was... More

Reasonably priced. If you have kids this is an awesome place to spend some time. Old tractors, play area and live animals. We as adults had a blast and the ice cream was really good.

Whenever were in Door County we always stop here at least once for ice cream. It is a working dairy farm and guest can watch as they ready the cows for milking, but it's the ice cream that draws many. We especially like the Butter Pecan ice cream, and this time I tried the Strawberry. Strawberry was wonderful, it actually... More

We stopped several times for ice cream, which was excellent, it did tend to be a bit crowded, but not to the point of causing a long wait for our treat. Fun things to do for kids. We did not take the dairy tour, but families would enjoy that. Things were well kept and clean. Good flavors to choose from!!

We visited this past Saturday which happened to be a festival. It was packed. The line for ice cream was about a half hour long and it ended up not being worth the wait. I thought the ice cream was mediocre at best. The cow viewing was very interesting and we spent about 20 minutes watching them work. It may... More

We were traveling with our 6 year old and arrived at the farm about 1/2 hour before opening not realizing the time and we were headed back to the car when they came to the door and said we could come in early, which was very nice! We bought a few things in the morning and decided to come back... More

We didn't have kids with us on our visit to Dairy View Farm (they are currently 20 and 24) but we could tell right away that this would have been a great place to find when they were little, and on a trip... and bored... and whiny. Geared toward pleasing the younger family DVF also is educational enough for the... More
