Cool vibe!

This winery had a cool vibe about it - but a bit conflicting - it is in a giant warehouse type building - but it is also trying to seem cozy and comfy - a bit hard to do both! We... read more

Very nice clean , friendly staff goes out of way telling you about each wines and tasting , has area where you can see the barrels of makings , it's the first winery coming into sturgeon bay , has very good wines , the captains reserve is very good a bit pricey but well worth it, it came home with... This winery had a cool vibe about it - but a bit conflicting - it is in a giant warehouse type building - but it is also trying to seem cozy and comfy - a bit hard to do both! We like the live musician that was performing! Our server (Dominic I think ) was very friendly and knowledgeable. The... More

Aaron, our tasting guide was informative, fun and gave us lots of information about the area. The wine was wonderful and usually had a story behind each of the choices that we had. We purchased our favorite and will be back this winter for another memorable time!

They don't tell you there's a fee for tasting until you get in with a glass in your hand. Attitude is everything and there's needs an improvement. However the music they have is awesome! They have some local talent come in and play ambience music and they are really good.

We recently traveled to Door County for wine tasting. This was the only winery that we went to that had a fee for the tasting. We do not mind paying a fee however, other wineries we've been to will refund your tasting fee if you make a purchase. This is not the case at Red Oak Winery . You are... More

This winery moved from its downtown location to one off the highway. We had never been to the original. When we opened the door, I felt like I was going into a dark bar. There was one counter and people sitting at it tasting wine. Pretty dreary. We bought one bottle of cherry wine and left. I enjoyed talking to... More

Stopped by on a whim. Fun wine tastings. Very reasonable. Great cherry salsa and the wines are delicious.

Very friendly staff, reasonable price for the tasting ($5), no waiting and decent wine. Very convenient off of the main highway from Green Bay.

Stopped for a wine tasting. Service was slow and the wines were not good at all. Had no character and tasted watered down. This was a unanimous opinion of all four of us.

The courtesy and service at this winery was sorely lacking. The tasting room server should be both knowledgeable and courteous in performing their task. We were coldly greeted by what I would refer to as a wine pourer. For that is all she did, pour it in the glass and leave. There was a $5 tasting fee. I really don't... More
