Did not do the tour or tasting today, stopped by for a glass of cabernet in front of the fireplace with my wife. Staff was friendly and came over to chat a bit as we were the only ones there for a while. The cabernet was a good basic cabernet, not superb but a fine wine to sip by the fireplace... More

The wine was not very tasty. They explained they sped up their aging process so they could produce wine faster for their customers, however this gave it a chemical taste. The staff came off as snotty and like we were a bother to them. We didn't stay long and will not return. It seems like a place where people who... More

Our first time to tour a winery. We found the people helpful and easy to interact with.

This winery and vineyard was off the beaten path and was a great find. It had excellent choice of wines and outdoor seating to enjoy the scenery as well as your recent purchase if you so desired.

My husband and I came here based on reviews and glad we stopped. It was not nearly as touristy as the other vineyards in the area. We walked in and were greeted friendly and asked if we would like to join a tour that was in progress. We sampled a few wines and came home with a few bottles. Overall... More

Simon Creek was a great winery that was off the beaten path and gave us the stress relief we needed. The tastings were very prompt and informative, the staff was very kind and talkative. Had some great wines. I would recommend the "Untouchable White", "Light Sweet Muscat", "Sauvignon Blanc", and for something fun to remember the trip you must buy... More

For all the years I've gone to Door County the first time I went to Simon Creek was in 2010. Now we go back each time we're up there. Their wine selection is considerably smaller than most of the other wineries, but I believe their quality surpasses them. The man helping us with tasting was polite, easy-going, & real. Both... My husband and I visited while vacationing in Door County. This place has the most amazing view from any vineyard we visited. We truly wished we had known to pack a picnic and sit outside after our tasting and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Unlike some of the other wineries in Door County they do have a large and beautiful vineyard.... More

This is a great place to get a taste of local wine and a variety of dips and oils. The wine tasting bar was packed with a good selection of casual wine.

My friends and I usually take a fall trip to tour wineries around the midwest, and this one was one of my favorite I've been to so far. The staff were all so accomdating (generous, free tastes of anything on the menu) and you can purchase a bottle to share out on their beautiful deck overlooking the vineyard. My only... More
