This was the first winery we stopped at out of three in the area!!! Loved it, they were very friendly and helpful, after going to two other wineries we came back here on the way home for a couple more final purchases. Simon Creek is not that far off highway 42 and worth the few minutes it takes to get... More

We went as a couple on a saturday afternoon. The bartender was friendly & helpful. We enjoyed the 4 free samples with crackers for palate cleansing. We then bought glasses of wine, cheese & crackers to enjoy on the patio. The staff gives knives & plates to use which was great. We sat on the patio & enjoyed the view... More

Simon Creek Winery has a great view in its "back yard" - a perfect setting for drinking a little wine while listening to live music. Every Sunday afternoon from late May to early October, this winery has live music. Bring your favorite beverage and snacks or buy some wine at the winery & venture outside for some enjoyable relaxation. Leased... More

Everyone was friendly and attentive. Tim was very knowledgeable about the wines. My sister and I stayed for a full glass of wine ($6) after the free tasting. There were places to lounge and the view was great. My favorite stop for wine!

We went here for a wine tasting. We learned about their wines and felt like we were among friends. The hospitality and service was great. Felt like we were at a gift shop with wine tasting and friends.

A little tricky to find, but once you do, you will have to stop every time you visit Door County. Good wine, nice items in the general store and a nice place to relax in front of the fireplace.

My family always plans a stop at Simon Creek during our annual trip to Door County. The winery itself is beautiful. The grounds and the building itself stand out against many of the "cookie cutter" type locations selling wine in the area. The service is always top notch , and nothing beats a bottle of white, some bread and cheese,... More

This winery is off the main highway on the Wisconsin Peninsula, but worth the trip in. Beautiful vineyard and very interesting story about the Al Capone attempted buy out. The wine is pretty good, stick with the whites. They also have beautiful hand painted glasses!!!

During my stay in door county my boyfriend and I were able to go to every winery. As well as some wineries along the way back to Chicago. This winery had the best wine! The service wasn't as friendly as Harbor Ridge Winery, but their wine was amazing! I especially recommend the red table wine. The winery was in a... More

This place is a little harder to find, and not right off the main roads like some of the other vineyards and wineries, but it is totally worth the side trip. The grounds are really beautiful. There is a nice gift shop and tasting room. If you have time for a tour, it is worthwhile. Very interesting, and our guide... More
