What a great trip. We were met at the put in location promptly with our kayaks and instructions. We were picked up at the end on time and returned safely to our vehicles at the end of the trip. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Thanks for a fun afternoon!

My husband and I had a tough afternoon on the Kinni. We're rank amateurs and, although reading their web site thoroughly, had no idea what it would really be like. I would liken their admonishments to a flight attendant's instructions on what to do in the event of a water landing. How can a beginner possibly know how they're react?... More

Bit of advice for the first timer(like us), do read the website so that you have a proper expectation of what to expect/not expect. The outfitter would pretty much give to the gears and set a pick up time and then you are on your own. From there on, you are carrying your kayaks and other stuff yourself and going... More

Did the 6 hour jungle trip in July. The first half or more of the trip was spent dodging, going under, over and through the downed trees. By the time one could actually kayak, we were too tired and wet to enjoy the scenery. I would recommend a shorter day trip or better yet just rent the kayaks/equipment/shuttle and do... More

We arrived a little before 9am and quickly filled out the paperwork. Then we boarded the shuttle, and fifteen minutes later, we were at the river landing, preparing to launch our kayaks. The scenery was gorgeous, and we practically had the river to ourselves. Upon returning to the lodge (around 2pm), the staff helped us unload our gear and carry... More

The Upper Park Tour for beginners was a great fun experience to try out kayaking ! The staff was humerous in getting us set up with our equipment, though not very thourough with the explanation. The river was beautiful, equipment appropriate and overall entertainment was great ! I would encourage newbies to this to be prepared for some narrow river... More

We went kayaking on the river and there was trees all over and poor behavior of the owners! People were sweaped off there kayak and they losted it so they called the lodge for help and they said you better fine it and didn't help them! Mean owner, hard kayaking, and poor overall experience!!

The owners / employees are honestly a joke. It is not often that you have multiple interactions with multiple people at a business and they are ALL incredibly rude! It is really too bad because they have a beautiful creek and their business is fun - kayaking. How can you not be happy or at the very least PLESANT when... More

I was very disappointed. The employees made no effort to be courteous and were only interested in getting rid of us. The life jackets were wet, they didn't advise us to adjust the peddles in the kayak, and after they made certain we all had a kayak and paddle, they left us at the side of the road without telling... The river was beautiful! I would go again, especially with the Amazon Local (half-off) pricing. We opted for the beginner's upper river trip as it was our first time. Overall that was a good choice because had we not been with some others who knew how to kayak we'd have been left totally on our own as to how things... More
