What a wonderful evening, roasted chestnuts, cookies, hot cocoa. Live reindeer, irish dancers, a beautiful tree lighting, and topped off by beautiful fireworks over the river. Kids had a great time, they even have warming stations. My only disappointment was the lack of bathroom facilities.

This is an artsy area to shop. Nice jewelry and clothing stores with good restaurants and shops. Don't miss The Milwaukee Market.

I love all the shops and restaurants in this area, a great place to just wander and walk and visit with the person you are with. Make sure to eat at the St Paul seafood market, in the Milwaukee Public Market you will not be disappointed in you are a seafood fan

Fun little stores to browse. Several chain stores there also. Some galleries and the public market too. Parking is at a premium.

Lots of trendy restaurants and bars in the area. Equally good for hot summer days and cold winter nights. Has been a nice addition and changed Milwaukee over the past 10 years bringing a younger crowd.

There are so many great shops and places to eat in the Third Ward that it definitely warrants a visit if you are in Milwaukee. It's great for just strolling too as the architecture and location offer much to enjoy.

This is Milwaukee's little gem. I only gave it 4 stars because it's cold and wintery there now, but I would have given it 5 stars in the summer time. Let's go with 4 1/2! My wife and I took a woman who was here for a conference there for dinner and she loved the area. The reason that's significant... More
