This is a beautiful place. Don't miss the Hallelujah chorus around the holidays. Unfortunately, this cathedral can be locked when you really need it.

Very beautiful. Don't miss the cornerstone on the left side of exterior. On Wednesday's at 12:30 free concerts are given inside. We visited today (Thursday) and were amazed at the Pipe Organs being practiced inside. Absolutely fantastic experience. Interior is adorned with beautiful stained glass and mosaic stations of the cross, and gold crowned Corinthian columns.

This isn't fancy like the basilica, but it is stunning in the artwork that is there. There are mosaic Stations of the Cross, the most stunning statue of Mary I have ever seen, but the weirdest crucifix I have ever seen. Jesus is supposed to be holding a dove in his hand, but we thought it was a wishbone! Once... More

This church was a very average modern looking church in the inside. It was not impressive at all. I recommend skipping this attraction.

This is where I was confirmed. Love the greatness of this Cathedral. There isn't much to compare it to in Wisconsin when looking at Cathedrals or Churches.

I was surprised to find out how modern the inside felt for such an old church. The seating is on individual chairs set in an arc with the kneelers on the chair in front of you. The music was very good. We attended 9:30 mass on a Sunday morning and could park easily out front. The church is very ornate... More

This church is not as impressive as we had expected. It was easy to get to, and we were able to park right out in front (meter). There isn't much to look at, and we were only there a few minutes. If you are in the area, stop and look, otherwise, pass.

As the seat of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, this Church is just as beautiful as you would expect. Gorgeous stained glass, impressive architecture, and incredible sound quality. The choir is beautiful during Mass. The Cathedral is open during the day and very quiet - great for folks working downtown who need a quiet place to pray and think.

Before the modernization, it was a very beautiful Cathedral. Attending Mass with Bishop Dolan was very very heart warming.

I had never seen the church prior to the "changes" so I had nothing to compare it to, but I attend a mass with my nephew prior to his confirmation and was impressed. Afterwards, we were given an informational tour, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The history of the church is impressive. There is also, now an interesting ghost tour that... More
