As mentioned in other reviews, one of the highlights of this intimate tour is that you drink beer before, during and after the 45 minute tour. Your $7 admission gets you 4 beer samples and a one pint glass as a souvenir. The beers are high quality and the atmosphere is authentic and not too "industrial". Our tour guide was... More

I have gone on the Lakefront Brewery Tour many times and I don't drink beer. That being said, I always have a fantastic time and I always learn something new - not to mention the fact that my beer drinking friends absolutely love it. They are now serving food, and have an enjoyable gift shop. Their tour guides truly enjoy... More

Arrived, unaware that tickets are rapidly sold out (online only on Saturdays). Purchased tickets online, came back 4 hours later for our tour. Tour was well and loudly given by Derrick, though I could have stood for more science details about the brewing processes specifically used at Lakefront. Sampled all but 1 kind of beer, ate a pair of delicious... More

If you only have one day in Milwaukee, go to Lakefront Brewery and make sure you get Derek as your tour guide. He has more energy than a thousand people. Had an awesome time! High point of the trip. Schlemeil schlemozel! Great beers. Try the Wisconsinite!

My friend and I decided we would tour Lakefront Brewery in Milwaukee on a recent visit to that city. We both had been to other Brewery tours in the past, and enjoyed them all. This tour, however, was different than the rest. There is a $7.00 charge, but that includes 4 beers plus a very nice glass, made of glass,... More

this place is great. We did the tour with Derek (I think that was his name) and he was just hilarious. Learned a lot about the brewery, a little about beer history in general (yay for the women who invented beer), and got to drink during the lesson - I mean you can't go wrong! We didn't have any eats... More

We visited the Lakefront Brewery on July 3rd, 2014 and had a great time, filled with lots of laughs, refreshing beverages, and plenty of souvenir glasses. The tour guides are absolutely fantastic. This brewery tour far surpassed the "big" tours! For $7/person, you get 4 beers to enjoy along the tour and a full size brewery glass at the end.... More

We loved the brewery tour idea. $7 gets you a souvioner glass and 4 (6oz) glasses of beer to taste. The hall has decent appetizer type food. The tour itself was a bit boring. They tried to make it funny (which was cute) but would have liked to actually see the brewery floor etc. We stood in a room and... More

Lakefront Brewery really knows how to do a beer tour!! From the moment you walk in ,you are greeted with friendly staff to assist you and given tokens to try their beer even before the tour. We also had time to check out the small gift shop that had nice things from the glass boot to the hops hand scrub.... More

Very interesting Brewery tour. The tour takes you deep into the bowels of how the beer is brewed. The tour takes about 45 minutes, and does have lots of stairs to go up and down. You get some samples of your favorite beers after the tour. They also serve food with a great looking menu. The Friday night fish fry... More
