We went on two different days. On the first we did the holiday lights tour. You get to watch a movie in the main visitor center, then walk down the main road to see the lights to the Plank Rd. Brewery where the big show begins. My son loved it. The entire tour lasted about 35-45 minutes including the light... More

We went on the free brewery tour. It was great for being free: 1 hour long of learning about brewing in Milwaukee and the Miller company. It was interesting to hear about such a big beer company and their beginnings. The tour had a heavy focus on the company's sustainability efforts and on the quantity of their mass production. At... If you are a beer person or even if you aren't, like me, you still need to visit this brewery. It will take you back to the days when Miller was the only one who used to produce beers in the country. And you will go mad with their stock in the warehouse. Its surplus and you feel like you... More

Good time and 3 free samples are part of typical mass produced tour of Miller brewery. Great staff and real cool historical aspects but overall pretty run of the mill....

I would not consider myself a beer drinker. I was in Milwaukee to run in the Rock N Sole half marathon and wanted to find some activities to do that were unique to Milwaukee. Given that Miller Lite is famous, I though the brewery tour would be a neat idea. I enjoyed learning the history of the company and the... More

I went on the Miller Brewery tour recently and had a very nice time. It is an indoor/outdoor tour that walks the group into the bottling plant, to the brewing areas, to the packaging areas and to the original tunnels where the barrels were once kept. The tour ends at an old tavern within the brewery where you will be... More

Having completed dozens of brewery tours throughout North America, the Miller tour will only satisfy those with modest expectations of beer, or those with a neophyte vision of what has become a richly complex market. The proliferation of 4-5 star reviews here raving of 'free' beer confirms this sad conclusion. The tour itself lasts 50 minutes, starting with a forced... More

Last place I thought I'd visit with my son....a brewer at Great Lakes Brewery in Cleveland....But the tour was recommended. And I'm glad we took it. My son enjoyed learning about the history of the company....as did I. The tour is well organized, informational, has lots of walking....then you get a free sample of beer. And the tour comes at... I have lived in the Milwaukee area for a while and never experienced this FUN tour. It is free and very informative. There is some walking and stairs involved, get to see how beer is made and also go into the old beer cave. Free beer tasting at the end, BEST part!!!

we enjoyed the tour very much and for once a tour does NOT end at the gift shop. The tour guide Jack and Joshua were great. they took the time to answer questions and really seem to enjoy their job. the tasting at the end was good, I don't drink beer but we lucked out and the samples on the...
