We took the free tour at the brewery and had a good time. It starts with a short video and then your guide takes you around to the different buildings to see the various parts of the plant. It is interesting to see and moves along pretty quickly. You don't get to right up to some of the parts like... More

My husband and I decided to go on the tour, my husbands first time. We enjoyed the tour with Gail, beer with Caleb, and enjoyed meeting a couple visiting from Maryland. It would have been a perfect visit to Miller but we were assisted by a very unfriendly clerk named Lisa at the gift shop. It was unfortunate because everyone... More

Free tour which is very interesting. At the end is there is the tasting which includes four tall glasses of beer! Yes four! There is a lot of walking outside and stairs so be fore warned. But a great tour with free beer!

The tour was okay. I enjoyed viewing the underground cave/cellar. The actual tour wasn't as good as the Anheuser Busch Brewery Tour in St. Louis, but I have to say that you were given much larger samples on the Miller tour. It was something FREE to do on a cold, gloomy day. You also get a lot of walking in.

Fascinating walk through the brewery company. great way to spend a couple of hours in Milwaukee. Knowledgeable guide and somewhat entertaining as well. Awesome sample tasting finish. Did not skimp on the samples. Be forewarned though that there is walking outside (bundle up if it's cold) and also one stop of 51 steps although you can forego the steps and... More

I can't count the number of times I have took the tour. The cave is our favorite part then the samples. The outdoor bar is nice but if you have never been on the tour tell them that you want to sample your beer in the bar. It is beautiful inside. We go once a year so we have a... More

Enjoyed the beginning video of the history of Miller beer, also gave history of the area. We then walked to a couple different buildings, learning about the processing, bottling, more history, the Miller cave & at the end they take you to a restaurant area where they serve pretzels & 3 generous samples of their various beers. It really was... More

I felt like i was in a walking commercial. I would have loved it if it could have been more educational etc. But i guess the 3 samples at the end made up for all the blabbing about there product. Don't get me wrong i don't regret going. Plus it is free!

After reading some mixed reviews, I was worried about being placed in a theater and forced to watch a boring LONG video--though it is only 10 minutes long, informative, and easy to relax and enjoy. The tour is lead by an enthusiastic staff member--young and informative and is a nice long walk. Visiting the Miller Caves is a real treat--and... More

We enjoyed the tour and of course the free beer. I wish we could of choosen what drinks to try. It was raining when we went some we were soaked and cold after the tour. So I recommend bringing and umbrella or poncho in case of rain
