We recently went to the Titanic exhibit on 3-22-09. I was concerned about previous reviews that were negative. We are so glad we went! The kids loved it!! Cost for the day 2 Adult tickets 24 a piece. 3 Kid tickets 15 a piece. Lunch for 5 $27.00 Parking in public garage 11.00 and photos 25.00. The exhibit is about... more

Tough to give the overall experience a bad review because the museum and IMAX theatre were both nice. But that Titanic exhibit is an incredible waste of time and MONEY. It's far too expensive for the VERY FEW actual items on display. It was $21 for an adult! So what if they have big ice cube on display?? more

This is place seems so small on the map, but its not. Its overwhelming on the amount of stuff they have there. I went for the special Titanic exhibit (incredible!) and toured the museum after I finished the Titanic. I spent 3 hours and still had stuff to see and look at. Its amazing how much stuff they have. A... more

We took 2 adults, 2 teens and 4 children to Titanic Artifact Exhibit. We bought our tickets online and picked up at Museum window, lower level, Macarthur Square parking lot entrance. There is a 10% service fee to order online. If you do not order ahead, you may not get in on a weekend day. As we got closer, the... more

The sheer volume and variety of this museum make the trip worthwhile. Again, there is something for everyone here. You can spend half a day here easily. There is also a large variety of movies you can see for an extra fee. more

I had no clue that the museum was free for Milwaukee residents on Mondays. It was PACKED full of kids running around & wrestling on the floor. The exhibits are the same old & tired exhibits that have been there for years. With the price they charge ya think they could get some more exhibits. They used to have a... more

This was one of my favorite places to go as a child, and on a recent trip I stopped back in. The museum is still incredible, mostly for the Streets of Old Milwaukee exhibit. It's such a fun area to walk through. The butterfly exhibit was new to me, and what a treat it is! Hundreds if not thousands of... more

This is one of the coolest and most fun museums I've ever been to, the dioramas are beautifully done and the (sort of) 70s design of some exhibits is one of its charms and best assets, not corny or distracting in any way. I think everything there is very well done and I recently took a weekend trip to Milwaukee... more

Visited the museum November 10, 2005. LOVED THE EUROPEAN VILLAGE! Absolutely wonderfully done. The museum is on 4 floors. each floor is very large, with a person being able to spend at least half an hour on each floor. Very well taken care of. The connected IMAX theater must be visited too. The employees of the museum are very friendly,... more

Avoid this museum! The exhibits look like they were created in the 1970s and not updated since then. The exhibits usually include just one poorly written sign. Some exhibits include many objects. If one is of interest to you and you'd like to learn more about that object, you won't be able to at this museum since there is usually... more
