Overall, the MPM is an outstanding facility. It is easy to get to, parking and ticketing are a breese, and (most of the staff) is friendly and engaged. Even on a busy, crowded, weekend the layout and flow of the museum handles the pressure well. The diversity and quality of displays is outstanding. Often, public museums tend to suffer from... More

Great Museum for adults and children. Many Special exhibits and some traditional old world Milwaukee and European Village are among our favorites. The Milwaukee public museum is a must see while in the Milwaukee area. Rich history and knowledgeable terrific staff. Exhibits are teaching, educational and interesting. The traveling exhibits have been outstanding. The IMax theatre is another attraction to... More

It is always nice to walk through and see the familiar exhibits and the traveling exhibits showcase many different interests. The IMAX theater shows a variety of movies.

The three floors of the museum are visitor friendly and not overly academic. Many things for kids to see that will entertain them. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It is a great family friendly place.

We drive to see this exhibit and enjoyed the rest of the museum. We liked the Body Works pieces. We moved to the rest of the exhibits. Many small children running around but parents were right there. We went through quickly as once you have seen one stuff animal you do not need to see another.

This museum is laid out very well and it is not so large that it cannot be fully covered in a day. The Butterfly Room is an exceptional treat, particularly for children. The museum staff is readily available and very willing to help with questions or directions. There really wasn't any area that was not interesting and easy to access.

Loved the butterfly room and every floor had something engaging for the children. I would highly recommend it to families and anyone interested in natural history

We spent several hours here and couldn't get enough! We were so surprised at how big the collection of exhibits was. My favorite was old Wisconsin. Our only problem was our feet gave out before the exhibits did. Great work!!! Only complaint was stuffiness.

Some friends and I, all college students, attended the Body World exhibit and Museum. It was humid once you went above the first floor.

This are of Milwaukee is chic, and fun,etc.. Seems like theer is always something new moving in. Nice place to walk around on a nice sumer night. This place was a run-down warehouse district when I was a kid and has been transformed into a hot spot.
