Streets of Old Milwaukee is VERY cool

The museum itself is great with the dinosaurs and rain forest and butterflies and such, but the "Streets of Old Milwaukee" (or something like that) just takes you back in time.

Very original, very unique in its own way, with plenty to see. The First floor was our favorite but all floors had something nice to see that you can't always find at the larger Museums.

This museum is great for all ages. We have been taking our son since he started walking. Now that he's older it's nice to hear him ask to go to the museum. The kids club that is very fun. It has us searching for details in exhibits we would never have noticed otherwise. A museum membership is a great value.... More

The new exhibit Crossroads of Civilization is outstanding! From the model of Jerusalem to the life-sized figure of King Tut in his chariot you'll enjoy this trip of discovery through the early civilizations. Also, don't miss the Streets of Old Milwaukee and the European Village.

Milwaukee Public Museum is a great place for people of all ages! They have an excellent selection of exhibits and have some great shows on their IMAX theater. Our family has a family pass which is really worth the price!! With the pass, we also get reduced parking at the underground structure that is connected to the museum, and invites... More

If you don't like the exhibit, you'll love the scenery! The facility is ahead of its time with the architecture. Great exhibit, inspiring Fashion - Ebony fashion Fair. Difficult to hear the videos, with the crowd noise. We missed a vital part of the exhibit because of that. Lots of thanks to Mount Mary College for co sponsoring the exhibit.

We visited as part of a gala. A wonderful museum with something for all ages. We really enjoyed the Old Milwaukee street as well as the European Village. The animal exhibits are also very well done.

Great place to spend a half-day. A tremendous amount historical information available in one location. Complete from a butterfly exhibit to our ancient history to Egyptian authentic artifacts and mummies. Fascinating!
