I don't know what I was expecting, but it sure wasn't sitting in front of a not very interesting lady speaking to a 20 minute silent video. The video did nothing to make you want to eat the pizza, either. Very sterile and unengaging. Palermo's needs to reassess their marketing efforts. Pizza at the end of the tour was pretty... More

I was looking for something that would be fun for two teenagers. As a kid I was fascinated by factory tours. There are not many available, but here is a fun one. The movie is interesting to adults, not so sure about the teens. But the walk through the factory was a grat fun. Watching the huge pepperoni being sliced... More

We managed to squeeze in a reservation for Christmas break week. I was surprised by how big the place was and how many pizzas Palermo's was producing! The tour itself was short and sweet, you see a video, walk past several windows on the second floor where you can check out the action, admire the sauce dropping on the crusts,... More

We were looking for a way to show some out of town friends what Milwaukee is all about and discovered the tour. The tour was fun for all ages in our group from 6-40 and included several teenagers. If you are looking for a unique tour, this is it. More

The tour is really cool. You get to learn about the company, see pizzas get made, and the best part is that you get to eat pizza. Make sure you call for reservation or just stop in the cafe and try some hand made pizzas. More

This tour was a lot of fun. Make sure you make a reservation, as they don't take walk-ins for the tours. There are two options (the difference is the more expensive tour gives you a T-shirt) and both offer samples of their delicious pizza. Really interesting to see how a frozen pizza gets made -- not just throwing it all... More

Def. 5 stars! When you get to the tour, you first watch a movie that shows the history of the company...our guide was very funny and made the movie great to watch. After that, you actually get to walk above where the lines are at and see the pizzas being made! Just like you are Willy Wonka- lol. After the... More
