Always a fun time to visit. Personal favorite is the small mammal house with the meerkats, otters and bats.

Recently visited the Zoo and was delighted and disappointed. Delighted with the usual attractions we like to do at the zoo - train, coin makers, plastic molds, animals. Seeing the Cheetahs, Lions, Tigers and Jaguars up close was phenomenal! The baby Jaguars were adorable! Also seeing the baby sea lion up close in the lower tank was a real treat... More

Zoo Docents from around the country met in Milwaukee. We had a great time at their zoo and we're impressed by the size but ease of getting around. They have a wonderful variety of animals and a beautiful aquarium/ reptile house. The docents were available to answer questions and guide us. It was a great experience.

The Milwaukee County zoo is one of the best in the country. Beautiful setting with good views of a large variety of animals. Easily walkable for adults and older children, bring your own stroller or rent one for smaller children. Motorized wheelchairs are also available for adults. The zoomobile takes you for a short, informative ride around the zoo for... More

The Milwaukee County Zoo is a great place to go for everyone. It's most fun in good weather of course, but it is open year round, however, Most of the animals are kept indoors during the winter. The grounds are kept in beautiful condition and the animal enclosures try to be as natural as possible for the animals. There is... More

Very nice zoo, with exhibits for all ages. Love zoo alacarte held every august in which different local food vendors are located throughout the zoo. If you go, make sure to take a train ride around the zoo

Great place to spend a relaxing day strolling around from section to section of incredible animal housing. I am so glad I live close to this zoo.

Love the Milwaukee zoo. It's a lovely setting. I was there a week ago, on a gorgeous fall day. It was the first visit where I saw a wolf up close. So amazing. The new baby jaguars were adorable. I discovered a new to me bird, the fairy bluebird (India), that is the most beautiful shades of blue and purple.... More

From Penguins to Bats, from Reptiles to Birds, Tigers, Rhinos, Turtles and Bears. There is a Petting Zoo, a Farm, a train to ride, a Carousel and more. The Milwaukee Zoo is a great place to spend a day or part of a day. There are exhibits indoors as well as outdoors.
