Perfect time to view the "dome" in all it's spring glory. Water fountain in the center. Benches available to rest and take in the magnificent plants. Three domes - each supporting a different theme. Rain forest in one - dry desert plants in another - the 3rd had the spring flowers. The 3rd dome planting changes - we were there... More

We took our mom here on Mother's Day weekend and it was really interesting and delightful. You can walk around the domes at your leisure. It wasn't busy when we got there, but more and more people started coming in as we were leaving. A lot of interesting plants, cacti, orchids, flowers, etc... Many beautiful flowers were in bloom. The... More

For a mere $7 you can spend a couple of hours in a tropical or desert paradise. The weather in Milwaukee can be iffy. Our springtime visit encountered wind, rain and some cold days. This is a great way to feel like you are enjoying the outdoors while completely comfortable, dry and warm. There are three domes all with a... More

I really enjoyed the domes. The 3 different types were very neat. Got some amazing photos and the climates inside each dome are so different. A very cool thing to visit while visiting Wisconsin. :)

We went on March 29th and it was free. There was mermaid dressed up by the water. All the little girls were dressed as fairies and the line was very long. Probably picked a bad day to go but it wasn't real impressive.

this was really nice and affordable. A great way to see plants of different varieties and smells. We spent a little more than an hour and took some beautiful pictures of plants. Lots to look at and discover, many textures and colors. Of course as a 3rd grader I had remembered them as much larger. They are each probably about... More

A wonderful place with friendly volunteers. The full price of admission was $7.00 for the entire stay. I've paid much more than that for attractions in Manhattan, such as the Frick, and feel the Domes is a much better value for your dollar - the volunteers at the Domes are friendly. Visited with adult relatives - Trip Advisor does not... More

Visited the Domes for the first time about a month ago. My husband....who used a wheelchair rather than his walker) and I were thrilled by the visit. The dome with the fresh spring flowers was gorgeous....a variety of colorful blooms, bulbs, flowering shrubs and even herbs. The two additional Domes had permanent collections....one featuring the cacti and other plants in... More
