We rented a paddle boat and paddle boards for an hour and loved being on the calm water. We then rented a 4 seater bike and let the boys drive us around. A fun way to spend a summer morning!

We come here in all weather. The kite shop has great ice cream. During summer you can rent SUPS, kayaks, and boats on the lagoon. We bring our own kite for kite flying on windy days. The path along the lakefront is a great place to bike, rollerblade, or we've even done the segway tour. The Door County sled dogs... More

Huge green space along the waterfront. Several Geocaches to find. Nice pond where you can rent watersport vehicles. Nice memorials and statues. Fantastic biking and walking trail leads right to Art Museum one direction and McKinley Marina and beach the other direction.

We spent a day at the lake and found it to be so much more accessible than Lake Michigan in Chicago. Miles of unobstructed views, Clean beach and FREE Parking. Walking distance to paddleboat rentals, bike rentals and kite flying. Great for picnics and families. Relaxing and calm beautiful scenery. Excellent choice for a day trip. Close to MANY attractions.

Nice beautiful park by the lake Michigan. In summer the park looks lovely with green all around. Lots of people come out to take a walk, bike or to just relax in this serene park.

Went here for a rugby tournament and was very impressed. Coming from Chicago, this park was such a joy...accessible, easy parking and literally right on the lake. Friendly people, and surrounded by beauty. Will go back to visit the museum.

Was visiting here from Kansas City and attended the Lakefront 7's Rugby tournament held in the park. the park was clean and it is an interesting area to walk around. Segways are available for rent at the park as are bicycles. Great place to watch sailboats coming and going.
