It is what it is. Nice newer store on the main level with lots of different types of mustards for sale and plenty to sample. No charge to get in and a museum in the basement that will take up about 10-15 minutes worth of your time. It's fun for the kids to visit is you happen to be driving... More

Just outside Madison in the quaint downtown of Middleton, is the great little slice of Americana. The downstairs is the actual museum, with fun, strange, and unique exhibits. To visit the museum part is not very time consuming, but it is fun. Upstairs is the gift shop, and mustard for sale from all over the world! The folks working there... More

I have a friend that is a mustardlholic and I get almost every birthday gift for her there. It is an attractive location and easy for me to get. She has never been disappointed in her gift!

Never, in a million years, did I think I would see that many mustard containers in one place - some of them very old (no not as far back as Noah's Arc but OLD) and the variety of mustards they have - I'd hate to have to count them all. And the effort that must have gone into collecting them!!... More

Convenience and delicious food. In Sept of 06 we had a dessert and wine party at the Hilton for our oldest son's wedding after rehearsal dinner for out of town guests. The pies were wonderful and we had ordered about 20 of them. Each was a wonderful treat.

The museum just seemed like a way to draw people into the gift shop. In fact, the museum is in the basement below the gift shop. It contains mostly just different bottles of mustard from around the world. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but it was more than what I got.

It was fun. Opportunity to taste lots of mustards. I wouldn't go out of my way to visit but definitely worth a stop if you are in the area.

This place is just plain odd. Do you really care enough about mustard to visit a museum devoted to it? There are many more interesting things to do in Dane County.

This place is difficult to describe. It's part museum, part retail store, selling mostly mustard and mustard-related items and souvenirs. I have no idea just how many mustards they have for sale, but I can say that a goodly number are available for sampling. You'd be surprised how well chocolate or pumpkin mixes with mustard. Expand your tastebuds! You could... More

We went there because it was close by & we had some time on our hands. But, by the time we left, we had gained a great deal of information and appreciation for mustard. We also purchased some unique mustards for gifts & got to use the special horn after our purchase. Check it out - it's quite unique &... More
