Zipping in the rain, what a glorious feeling!

While it was a cold and rainy, it did not dampen the enthusiasm of our terrific guides, Batman (Lily) and Shaggy (Ian). We were a little nervous as my husband and I had never... read more

First of all, they've charged 99$ for each person (that's without taxes) , but everything is done by their people, you cannot do anything on your own. In other words, you are like a piece of paralyzed body that they are saving. Moreover, you get not what their commercial says, only 5 or 6 zip lines on trees, that it.... More

Dear Sir, At Lake Geneva Canopy Tours, it is always our utmost priority to provide our guests with an exemplary recreational experience, so I am sorry to hear that your experience was less than you expected. Although I'm unsure what commercial you're referring to (we don't have TV spots), I still want to address some of the concerns you expressed... More

While it was a cold and rainy, it did not dampen the enthusiasm of our terrific guides, Batman (Lily) and Shaggy (Ian). We were a little nervous as my husband and I had never zip lined before, but our guides really made us feel safe and at ease. In addition, the first 3 zips are intended to allow you to... More

First of all I had purchased gift certificates in 2013 after my daughter and I went zip lining there. Unfortunately due to a surgery last summer by one of the family members the trip had to be put off until this year and LGCT honored them with no expiration date. Our guides Donkey & Caitlin were full of energy and... More

For my husband's 62nd birthday, we returned to Lake Geneva Canopy Tours. It was a lovely fall morning, cool and a little overcast, which was very nice because you really get a work out in the trees. The first platform is 15 feet off the ground, the highest platform is 74 feet off the ground and you finish by leaping... More

I went with a group of 8 for my birthday on 10/3. Our guides, Hono and Melissa, were wonderful and spent 2-1/2 hours with us in the trees, making sure we had a great time on the Canopy Tour. There was a training session on the ground, where we learned their hand signals and how to brake. They did a... More

This is something my girlfriend and I have wanted to do for a while, but just never had the time. We finally go the opportunity this past Wednesday and we were so glad that we did. Words can not begin to describe the feeling you have the first couple of times zipping through the trees. We started out arriving as... More

I have zip lined all over the place. This was not as exotic or thrilling as the others, but hey you can drink and zip out of the county!! With that said, this zip adventure was the best for safety and feeling secure. Awesome for first timers! There are a few in air wood bridges to cross over that make... More

This was a well-organized and very fun adventure for us. Our guides for the day, HoNo and Ian, were a blast and provided both knowledge of the area and pleasant jokes to keep our group entertained. Well worth the price for the two plus hours of thrills and adventure! It was a plus that the weather was a bit dreary... More

We really enjoyed our morning in the trees! The employees were all friendly, entertaining, and yet safety concious. The guides made everyone feel at ease and were reassuring when some of us (me) were nervous. They take pictures throughout the tour and you can purchase them on a zip drive for $26 at the end. It was well worth the... More

Let's start out with a very basic fact: I am terrified of heights. Like, can't do stairs if they're open-faced kind of scared. My boyfriend thought this would be a fantastic day out so I signed us up without knowing what to expect. We had been zip-lining once before, but it was urban, and a small line. This is out... More
