Better than anticipated in some respects and worse in others. Main attraction - watermark- was hit with young kids. Three main complaints are: pool area was freezing once out of water (staff claimed 80 degrees-not possible), towels were in very short supply and lockers rooms needed more regular housekeeping on busy weekend. Rooms were fine - nice to have kitchen... More

We stayed with two grandchildren (ages 10 and 7) the day before Thanksgiving. Spacious rooms with full kitchen made it easy to have dinner and not have to leave the hotel. This was a surprise for the kids and they certainly had a great time. Even my husband and I enjoyed the lazy river and the riding on a raft... More

went to lake geneva for a weekend getaway with my girlfriend. we stayed at the timber ridge hotel. average hotel, liked the fact that it had a kitchen in our room so we didnt have to eat out every night and spend money. the waterpark has an indoor and outdoor pool, kiddie area, 2-3 water slides and a decent size... We stayed here in fall of 2012 and had a fantastic time! The waterpark isn't huge but is very nice. We basically stayed in the kiddie pool area and the lazy river which my son absolutley loved. The kiddie area had enough things to do to keep any little and big kid entertained and the zero depth entry is very... More

We have visited twice now. The first time we were kept up all night till 5:00 am in the morning because of very loud neighbors in their 20's partying all night long and we couldn't sit on the balcony to relax because their smoke was coming our way, and couldn't keep the door open for fresh air because of the... For several years, my college friends and I (class of 1993) get together with our families annually for our fantasy football league draft. In the past, we have gone to one of the water parks in the Wisconsin Dells. We decided on a change. Timber Ridge is a very nice property. The rooms are up to date and clean; and... More

Our family of 10 ranged in age from 5 to 80. We had a suite for the day and were very impressed with the helpful and courteous staff. Our suite was ready at 11 am on a busy July 4th weekend. The suite was clean and stocked with all the necessities. The food at the food court was good and... More

Planned a 2 night stay over Spring Break for several months, really looked forward to it. The room was the best part of our stay, it was lovely and clean. At the Smokey's BBQ House we all had dinner, although the waiter was very nice, the dark meat chicken leg and thigh were still red/pink inside. The waterpark does not... More
