Great lifeguards. After 3 days, our kids were done and a little bored. Outdoor Swimming pool is very small.

Kids enjoyed the Waterpark, but the suite could benefit from a heavy duty cleaning. Staff not as attentive as they could. On the plus side, didn't hear hallway or neighbor noise.

Great place for family!! The rooms are plenty roomy, clean and comfortable. I would go again got my moneys worth. Lot's to do for the families with kids and reasonably priced.

This is a great place-understand it is and will be busy so use the time well and plan as there are some great times within this place. Good food too.

The waterpark itself is smaller than Key Lime in my opinion but costs twice as much and twice as far from Chicago. It was nice that the room had a kitchenette with a dining table and a sofa bed. You also get a little patio area. I thought the place was just ok, nothing exciting. I would have just stayed... More

We had a great day with our 4 and 2-year-old grandchildren, even though they were too small for some of the slides. The lazy river was fun and the area for the little ones was perfect. Fun memories!!

It's what you make out of it. The waterpark is geared to younger kids and families, however staying at Timberridge in general is nice. You have a kitchen with a table and full size refrigerator and microwave and a balcony, along with a sofa. We go there husband and wife without any kids to just enjoy being there. You can... More

If you pay the daily rate to get in (and they let you in as priority is given first to those that are hotel room owners and renters), you will find that this place is a tad on the small side, and usually quite crowded. Food choices are minimal. There are better ways to have fun in the area....like go... More

We took our two grandkids, age 4 and 10 for a weekend. I had noticed the waterpark last year on our way to the Grand Geneva so it was something I wanted to check out. I am so glad we did. My 10 year old granddaughter decided she wants to celebrate her 11th birthday here instead of at the Dells.... More
