Beautiful estates, mansions and natural scenery that only be viewed from the lake unfold through a descriptive and insightful narrated tour or provide the backdrop for an unforgettable party or wedding celebration. With 8 boats that hold from 2 to 225, Lake Geneva Cruise Line is one of the areas premier attractions - including the World Famous Mailboat Tour. As seen on the Travel Channel, CBS News, and the Today Show; it is the only marine mail delivery of its type in the nation as the mailperson leaps onto the pier, places the mail in the mailbox and jumps back aboard the boat. I took a group of 30 senior citizens on the Lake Geneva Cruise October 15 and we had a wonderful time. The on-board commentary was very informative and spoken clearly. After the cruise we went to Sprecher's Restaurant as a part of the contracted package. The food was excellent, generous portions, and because we had to submit our menu selections... More

The 2 hour Lake Geneva boat tour on "Lady of the Lake" was wonderful!!! The weather was perfect on an early fall afternoon and the views of the wonderful homes was spectacular. The narration was clear and full of history of the early development of the lake by influential families from Chicago following the great fire in the late 1800's... More

My family and I took the 2 hour "Full Lake Tour" on a beautiful September afternoon this past weekend. While we would have loved to have had a view from the top level of the boat (which was open-air) we did not board in time to get seats all together. Therefore we sat at a table on the first level... Christy D, We are glad to see that you had a positive experience on the two hour tour on Lake Geneva. You are correct that families with small children are better served going on the shorter tours and this is why I 1-1/4 hour Ice Cream Social Tour is so popular Harold More

Our boat Lady of the Lake was wonderful as were the people who worked on it. Very disappointed in the lack of Original homes on the lake. Way to may tear down and rebuilds for what I was expecting. But if you just want to see beautiful big homes of the Midwest Wealthy then it would not disappoint.

Butkus4, Thank you for your review of our Boat Tours on Lake Geneva. And thank you for the very nice comments regarding my Staff. They all work very hard to make your experience very positive. It is a shame that back in the 60's ands 70's many of the original estates fell to the wrecking block. However, there are still... More

If you are taking any tours in the fall, it pays to get there early so you can sit inside the covered area of the boat. They do sell tickets for both levels. The top level is exposed to the elements which can be COLD.

I arranged for a group of 53 with 30 of them from Eberswalde, Germany (also Melchow!). Since I needed to feed them all, this luncheon cruise filled the bill! Our Tuesday September 16th was blessed with a beautiful sunny day, even though it was about 6 degrees below normal. My friends from Germany don't like A/C so it was perfect,... More

We all sit in on a plastic chairs so it was`t very comfortable but Captain tell a story about almost every house and that was intereting (but NOT for young childrens). We visited on September 12 2014, and it was 25 degrees below normal :( With that said with a good jacket we were fine. You definitely want to get there early and sit on the RIGHT side of the boat and closer to the front ( the bathrooms are in the rear and are just a little smelly ) The... More

The Captain knew the story behind almost every mansion on the lake. Who designed, built, lived in and sold to.
