Worst small shopping experience ever!

Do not go into this store if you do not want your mood ruined. Walked in with my two kids ages 13 and 17. I had a covered drink in my hand with about 3 oz left in it. The woman... read more

Went in to find a new patio flag and found not one, but two. One of them I had been thinking about getting and here it was! The person waiting on us was very pleasant. We stop in here every time we are in lake Geneva and sometimes don't find anything and other times we find lots

Do not go into this store if you do not want your mood ruined. Walked in with my two kids ages 13 and 17. I had a covered drink in my hand with about 3 oz left in it. The woman ran up to me and told me quite rudely that no drinks were allowed. I said, "Oh, okay, lets... More

I wish yelp had a rating lower than 1 star. This place is absolutely terrible. I have a lot of friends and family that live in and around Lake Geneva. Unfortunately, not one of us has had a positive experience in this store. I am a small business owner and pride myself in treating people like human beings. It disgusts... More

I would NOT recommend this place. Very rude and defensive. I bought a $7 kite. I drove all the way home and it was missing a part. I came back a few weekends later and I went into the store to return/exchange it and the older women got very short, very defensive and wouldn’t do anything about it because “they... More

We've been here about 3 times total. Owner runs the shop and is friendly & courteous. We originally went in to ask if she had sky lanterns on our first visit and left with the sky lanterns and a new family game - Quarkle. Next visit - we came back for more sky lanterns & left with a new game... More

Owner was rude. If you need to get an answer to a question don't expect it to come with friendliness. Went in once never again. Looks like it could be a nice store they just need people who enjoy what they do.

I could not have been more disappointed with the rude and unprofessional treatment from the elderly woman who claimed to be the owner, I always try to give induviduals the benefit of doubt, but here I will make an exception. I have always purchased kites for my kids and grandkids from a kite store, but I will never return there.when... More

As nice as the kites look displayed, it is really too bad because the people that work there are super Rude! We tried to go there on a cold march day when I'm sure they could have used the business, as every store and restaurant on Main street was empty. The sign said "no drinks" so I tried to put... More

We have been coming back to Lake Geneva each fall to see the trees turning colors fifteen years now. But our first stop each year is at this 'kite' shop to see the newest games of the year and the large selection of flags, windsocks and spinners for our home. This shop is a '"'must see" when in Lake Geneva,... More
