A great time for kids and adults! This was a wonderful museum to visit. It is quite large for the size of the city. Many interactive displays and three floors of activities make this a great choice. We had a fun afternoon of exploring this great children's museum!

I remember going here as a kid. We always had so much fun. There are many different activities for kids of all ages. When I started babysitting I took those children here too! There is everything from a rock wall to a miniature super market. Some fun for adults too!!

This is such a wonderful place to take children of all ages. So much to do to keep them occupied. Great place on a cold day when they have cabin fever!

We have been visiting the museum for 5 years (my son is 6) and I can't say enough great things about it. There are activities for kids of all ages, the staff goes above and beyond with programming that appeals to parents and kids alike. We look forward to the old and the new exhibits and have really enjoyed the... More

We have been to the Children's Museum in La Crosse many times and love it! The climbing wall is always a favorite and the staff are so positive and encouraging to the kiddos climbing. Oh and adults can climb to so watch out for the pressure from your kiddos! What's most fun for us is when we bring friends/family with... More

As a family, we've been to a fair amount of children's museum, small to large. Iowa City, St. Paul, Eau Claire, Madison, Green Bay, Duluth... to name some. The first time we ever went to the La Crosse children's museum, about 8 years ago or so, it was fun. Every time after that, we left thinking that they need to... More

We don't often hear that visitors, especially 4 year olds, are bored here. We are sorry to hear that your recent visit to the Children's Museum was not what you expected. Your message indicates that you were here on Feb. 28, which was our 16th birthday celebration. We had many special activities going on throughout the day, which generated lots... More

It has three stories of fun things to do. Water and dinosaurs in the basement. A cool firetruck and tubes and scarves on the ground floor and activities for smaller kids on the 1st floor. Also a make believe Kwik Trip inside and a news stand. Just cool stuff all around!

The LaCrosse Children's Museum is such an asset to our city. There is an admission charge but for anyone who lives here I would definitely recommend looking into the annual membership. For a relatively small fee, you can support the museum AND obtain free admission for one child and up to six additional friends. The museum provides hours of fun... More

We took our 3 & 5 Year old grandchildren here on their 1st train trip to La Crosse. The train didn't leave until 7pm so we were looking for something to keep them busy for the day and this was the place!! We got here at noon and didn't leave until 4:30. With 3 floors it kept us "busy" the... More

Many exhibits and only $6. Would definitely go here again. My son is 5 and we spent about three hours there. Only drawback is parking.

We're so glad that you and your son had a good time at the Children's Museum of La Crosse. For future visits, we recommend parking in the Market Square ramp, on Jay Street, just a half block from the Museum. Like all of downtown La Crosse's parking ramps, it offers 3 hours of free parking, and only 75 cents per... More
