Visited Mars Cheese Castle while on vacation. Many different types of cheeses and samples to choose from. Enough parking for an RV or pulling a trailer. They even have all different kinds of New Glarus beer. I recommend this place to anyone that loves cheese and beer.

Always stop to pick up beer we can't get in Indiana. Prices are high and it's always full of tourists. We happened to hit it on a Sunday and it was packed. The person that waited on me in the bakery was less than happy about doing her job. If you don't want to deal with tourists, get another job.

Stopped on here on our way to Chicago. We were kind of expecting to sample a variety of cheeses. However, the place was very busy and the staff had a hard time keeping the sample trays filled. We did try a Smoked Fontina and a Gouda cheese and both were very good. We purchased some cheddar cheese curds which were... More

Yes it was probably a tourist stop but can't argue the cheese products are awesome. I could have just eaten the cheese bread (loaf) for the next two days, oh wait, I did. Tasted some dragon hot cheese and OMG Ive never had cheese that hot (spicy) in my life Thought my tongue would fall off. All in all a... More

Driving home going south on I-94 and decided to stop off at the Cheese Castle. Lots of stuff to look at and sample but has the feel of a tourist trap. Got some cheese and wurst I can't get in Atlanta. I'm sure there are better options but this was right off the highway... can't beat that!

My family enjoyed going to this tourist trap and we were happy to have a place to visit to taste some Wisconsin cheese. We all enjoyed tasting the variety of samples of cheese and in the end, we bought ourselves a Cheesehead hat. This is a good place to buy knickknacks, souvenirs, and try some cheese

Food, cheese, beer, other stuff, it is all here. It's a great place to stop. And it really looks like a castle since the last remodel. Don't miss it.

What a place to stop along your travels. As soon as you walk in, you know it's going to be a wonderful experience. From souvenir's to a wide assortment of cheeses (you just can't imagine), beef sticks, sausages, brats made of wild boar, venison, etc... the different horseradishes, mustard's, sweets of old times, wines, beers and best, the bakery. You... More

Great place to stop while traveling up I-94 in Wisconsin. This is the new modern version- I really liked the old place, when you walked in all of the old-timers and locals would turn around in their bar stools to see who walked in! hah! Anyway, go in the bar first, order from a nice selection of draught beers and... More

There were many, many choices of unique cheeses at this facility, which actually looks like a castle. There is also a wide selection of snacks and sweets to choose from. I enjoyed the visit and would go back again.
