I've been going here for as long as I can remember for walks, bike rides, and then to eventually take my son to play and for pushes back when he was in a stroller. I spent many many hours here. I've always enjoyed spotting the occasional deer, and never appreciated how they have kept up the roads on the trails... More

Lots of things to do in Whitnall Park. Nice bike riding and walking areas. Plus, there is a golf course, wildlife and different picnic areas. Great place to kick back and relax.

We moved from Green Bay to Milwaukee area in 2014. We have fallen in love with this park. We love how close it is to our own, and how it feels like you're in a nature-preserve, but actually still close to the city. They have a playground, golf-course, nature walk, and are right behind Boerner Botanical Gardens. We recommend this... More

Wonderful gardens, historical buildings and free outdoor summer concerts. This was a regular place for our family to visit in the 60's and 70's. My recent visit was a trip down memory lane and I was not disappointed. Lots of modern improvements yet old world charm.

What a beautiful course. Was a little hampered by rain for the first hour but we continued to play. The sun came out and were able to enjoy the rest of our round. The day was relaxing and gorgeous views can be seen along the way. It is a challenging course...but fun. I would suggest a cart....but those ambitious can... More

Much bigger than it appears on a map, with a long meandering road throughout, nice picnic areas, plenty of parking and even some wildlife (whitetail deer in PM) to keep us company. Very good play areas fro children. Bikes mingle with light traffic.

One of Milwaukee Counties nicest parks. You can drive through any time of the day and see deer eating. Also have see fox and lots of geese. In the spring you can sit and watch the baby geese and their parents walking around through the whole park area

Golf, a nature center, gardens, and cross country skiing in the winter. So many things one can do at Whitnall Park. Walking, running and biking are also a favorite activity. A calm atmosphere with frequent views of wildlife.

Whitnall Park is such a landmark area. So much beauty and wildlife. The park offers skiing, gardens, golf, sledding, hiking, archery too. Well taken care of gardens.
