We went as a family for Fathers day to mini golf. 4 Adults, 2 children and a newborn. It was a horrible experience from the time we got there. First they charge by height and not by the child's age. We had a 7 years old who was just over the line and was charged as an ADULT. he is... More

I am not talking about weaving and bumping but just in e general hassle they give the customers. Really....you need to threaten to kick me out for sitting my 6 year old on the cinder block wall... My 11 year old son loves this place. We visited my parents in Green Bay for a week this summer, and he went three times. I don't understand all the negative reviews. No one was ever rude to us. It is slightly inconvenient that they only accept cash, but they do have an ATM machine there--and $1.50 ATM fee is... More

Debit/credit cards not accepted. Cash only with ATM onsite, $1.50 surcharge. We arrived at 6:30p and was promptly told that the park closes at 8:00pm. That was the very first thing we were greeted with. The place was a ghost town on a holiday weekend. Obviously, management's focus is elsewhere. Batting cages, bumper boats, and paintball seem not to be... More

Terrible customer service. Our family arrived one hour before closing time and the lady working informed us they closed promptly at 8pm, not a minute after. We decided to have one parent play, one parent be a kids helper (we have three small children who we would be paying for) and we were told no, we had to pay for... More

My Family and I went to Kastel Park and Its a fun Place to go.The people in line with us to ride the Go-Karts said they come here because how clean the park is and there is no drinking alcohol allowed unlike Bay Beach that allows drinking. The cost of the Rides and Min-Golf was very reasonable,if you went to the... My family and I went mini golfing after a beautiful day at Bay Beach. The mini golf prices were outrageous! $7 a person, $5.50 for children. They do not allow any "walkers" or people who do not want to golf but would like to watch their family. Everyone pays or you do not go on the course! The day we... More

Was visiting the area for my nieces baptism. The bay beach parking area was filled, so I figured I would park at Kastle Park as our group(20) was coming over after. When I parked their "parking monitor" came over and questioned of I was staying there. I explained the situation and the guy said "we had heard the story before".... More

The staff were very rude and wouldn't sell me a ticket for the go carts because I am "obviously pregnant" although that was news to me!

We loved the go karts. The whole family ride. I rode with my 8 year old and the 12 year old loved it so did dad. :)
