It was unusually cool the night we saw "Always, Patsy Cline" and I worried we'd be uncomfortable. But it was a very comfortable night- maybe because the theater was packed. The grounds are beautiful, with nice views of the water, there was a bonfire outside bar. The woman playing Patsy Cline was awesome- her voice had the crowd on their... More

This theater is a local institution. The setting on Green Bay is beautiful. I have seen several productions here in the last few years. They have all been well acted and produced. This is definitely worth visiting.

The facility, the cast and the overall production are first-rate! On par with the better theatres in Chicago and Minneapolis..

One of the highlights of our Door County visits is coming to Peninsula Players Theatre. The recent production of Butler was outstanding. The acting and staging was superb. This will be a must see stop when we return in 2015.

This little theater in Fish Creek, Wisconsin was really a surprise. Having heard about it, but never actually attending any events there before, I was very pleasantly surprised. I went with 4 other girlfriends to see The Tin Woman. Normally, I prefer musicals or comedies, not serious drama. However, this play was quite engaging and very well executed by excellent... More

Recommended by my parents and others this was a delightful night. Let's start with the venue. Nestled right on the bay without side seating for dinner picnics the view is SPECTACULAR !!! A little outdoor bar with wine, beer and mixed drinks. We wish they would improve on the wine selection adding a Muscato or Riesling. At intermission they have... More

I try to include a trip to their playhouse during my annual visit to Door Co. and each time, am glad I did. The theatre is comfortable and spacious and thus far, I've always been able to get a last minute ticket. the bonus is to come early and enjoy a drink on the water shore and watch the sunset.... More

I was skeptical of this small theater in this very small town. Boy, was I wrong and surprised. It was a beautiful setting along the shores. The theater itself is enclosed with comfortable chairs and out of the elements. The production of the civil war drama "Butler" was very well done and certainly kept our attention. Be sure of make... This was our second visit to Peninsula Players and we were again not disappointed. The venue is outstanding. A beautiful setting right on the shore of Green Bay in a great theater. We have seen two plays here in the past few years and really enjoyed both. The actors are first rate and the comfort and sight lines in the... More

The Peninsula Players put on family friendly shows that highlight the lifestyles of Wisconsinites. Two years ago we saw one that featured a song about cheese curds and this year is was about ice fishing. They are corny and funny and some productions have those catchy songs that live with you a while. You're under the stars: bring a cushion... More
