We enjoyed the view from the top. This would not be for those having trouble with stairs or afraid of heights. It was very crowded on the day we were there. I hope the tower receives regular inspections, because it seemed a little outdated and worn.

Located in Peninsula State Park, Eagle Tower is a fun climb with kids or your camera. When you reach the top, you"ll be looking out over beautiful Lake Michigan, and the 360° view also allows you to see over the tops of the forested trees. Take your camera...and put your baseball cap on backwards -- a mighty breeze usually blows!

75' up in the air, a lot of steps, very sturdy, but once I got there- what a view! Check it out- really can't go wrong. Simple and peaceful- Don't recommend for those afraid of heights or open areas- it was Windy also.

Must climb this Tower at least once to see the panoramic views of Green Bay, the nearby islands, and Ephraim Bay. Very nice - someone said there were 99 steps.

If your scared of heights the tower does sway in the wind. There were lots of people there when we were, so going up and down the steps was tricky, dodging small children both ways. Too many people on top landing to see much.

My husband, I and our 3 year old son climbed to the top of this tower. It was a beautiful view of Lake Michigan! My son did perfect on the climb up and was eager to look out at the "ocean" lol. On the way down he just needed a hand to hold. If you are not afraid of heights... More

Tower is located in Peninsula State Park and offers an expansive view across Green Bay, including several of the islands, plus the bluffs on the coastline. Spectacular on any day, but especially a sunnmy fall day when the leaves are turning.

We grandparents made this climb, several years ago. This time, we waited, while our five-year-old grandson and his dad made the climb, at dusk. This has become an annual event, each time the younger family visits Door County. It is definitely a memory-maker! Daytime climbs offer a breathtaking, panoramic view.

I have never counted the steps, but there ar a lot of them! Worth the climb to teh top. THe panoramic view of Eagle Harbor, Green Bay and Ephraim is a sight that I never tire of. My wife and I climb the tower nearly every year, and will do so again this summer.
