Road America is a great road track for the whole family. The food at the concessions is good and the prices fair. You can drive your car on the outside roadway and park at many of the course turns as well as sit at the raceline. There is a kid’s play area set up at many of the races.

Been here a couple times. Always fun to watch the family race! Grounds are very extensive and they offer a free shuttle which is great. Just picks you up and drops you off where you want to go. No designated stops. Bathrooms are routinely monitored and cleaned. Nearly every time I was in the bathroom someone was in there cleaning... More

One day class for new drivers is a must for all those teenagers. You can either use one of Road America's vehicles or one of your own. Part of the day is spent in classroom discussion and the other part is spent on driving skills.

Excellent venue for racing and spectating. The track was built in 1955, and it offers plenty of opportunities for watching the race action, getting up close and personal to the race cars, and it even offers concessions - food and drink. Elkhart Lake is a quaint little town that can't be beat. It's also about 30 minutes from Sheboygan and... More

First time for me and first time for my husband as a spectator. He was used to being on a pit crew so this was a nice change for him. Great track, awesome views, lots of walking, and reasonable prices on souvenirs and food. Lots of local food favorites (fried cheese curds and local ice cream and brats). Great weekend... More

We have returned to this track over ten times and every time we enjoy it more. It is the worlds largest road racing track and there are miles of trails to explore. Even if you are not into racing the experience is still worth it. Wisconsin hospitality at its best!

I grew up around this place with my dad racing formula ford in the 70's and 80's, and love it. However all of the trees that came down, and the fencing, as well as the gravel traps that punish drivers for making mistakes, and the removal of the pedestrian bridges has all but destroyed the scenic and historic value of... Be sure to add a day at Road America on your "must see" vacation list. There's so many fun things to do. Not just watching the race...how about zip-lining? Yup, they have that too!
