One day class for new drivers is a must for all those teenagers. You can either use one of Road America's vehicles or one of your own. Part of the day is spent in classroom discussion and the other part is spent on driving skills.

Excellent venue for racing and spectating. The track was built in 1955, and it offers plenty of opportunities for watching the race action, getting up close and personal to the race cars, and it even offers concessions - food and drink. Elkhart Lake is a quaint little town that can't be beat. It's also about 30 minutes from Sheboygan and... More

First time for me and first time for my husband as a spectator. He was used to being on a pit crew so this was a nice change for him. Great track, awesome views, lots of walking, and reasonable prices on souvenirs and food. Lots of local food favorites (fried cheese curds and local ice cream and brats). Great weekend... More

We have returned to this track over ten times and every time we enjoy it more. It is the worlds largest road racing track and there are miles of trails to explore. Even if you are not into racing the experience is still worth it. Wisconsin hospitality at its best!

I grew up around this place with my dad racing formula ford in the 70's and 80's, and love it. However all of the trees that came down, and the fencing, as well as the gravel traps that punish drivers for making mistakes, and the removal of the pedestrian bridges has all but destroyed the scenic and historic value of... Be sure to add a day at Road America on your "must see" vacation list. There's so many fun things to do. Not just watching the race...how about zip-lining? Yup, they have that too!

We have been to this track several times. Lovely wooded grounds but not too far from Chicago and Milwaukee. We have been to car and motorcycle nationals and raced vintage motocross on the grounds. Great track food, easy to see the pits, great and plentiful restrooms, lots of parking and grass. Locals are lucky to have this place.

Road America is one of only five road racing courses left in North America and Canada.. It is the fastest of the five and used by International teams seven months of the year around scheduled race events to test race cars and motor cycles for events world wide. Speeds approaching 200 MPH are normal events on a pleasant 'Wisconsin week... More

So if you like to walk around and look at really cool cars and I mean really cool cards then this is the place for you! You can walk through the paddock area and chat with the owners about their cars. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Bathrooms everywhere you look even though this place is huge. We drove to... Everything about this facility is top notch. The track is fun for both drivers and spectators and it is constantly improving. There is never a problem finding a parking spot or a great viewing area. The track food is far from what you would expect to find. A great variety of tasty items to choose from. It is extremely well... More
