Description: Enjoy a day full of experience at Wisconsin’s own Dancing Horses, Animal...
Enjoy a day full of experience at Wisconsin’s own Dancing Horses, Animal Gardens. You day begins with The Dancing Horses Theatre presentation of an enchanting NEW performance that is unparalleled anywhere else. From the moment the show opens until the finale, the audiences of all ages sit spellbound, applauding each equine performer and trainer, exclaiming in wonder, chuckling at the humor and even wiping the occasional tear when a moment of connection touches a heartstring. Get up close with the trainers with our newest park feature: the Backstage Tour. During the tour, you are given a demonstration about liberty-style horse training and then you will be invited into the stables to meet the equine performers. Next, as you exit The Dancing Horses Theatre, you enter the 30-minute Exotic Bird Show which follows. Meeting our Exotic Birds is a delightful treat. This performance features several different species of exotic birds that will amaze you with their incredible abilities and antics. Your experience continues with more, a visit to the Baby Animal Barn. The Baby Animal Barn is filled with both domestic and exotic baby animals that children can hold and feed. Our staff is there to answer any questions you may have about our baby animals. In close proximity is an outside petting zoo and several charming rides children will enjoy. You can then take a walk or ride through our Wildlife Exhibit, a natural-setting zoo where you can see animals, many of which are indigenous to Wisconsin. The exhibit culminates in the Deer Park where you can pet and feed white tail deer. You can experience a tractor-pulled wagon ride though the park, where larger animals are available for viewing. You won’t want to miss the train ride though our Indian Village; complete with teepees, Native American art, and oral history lesson about the area’s indigenous people. With the two stunning performances, The Dancing Horses and the Exotic Bird Show, and our animal attractions, this will be a day you will not soon forget and will want to share with everyone.

I had no idea that this beautiful opportunity existed in my own state. I took my adult daughter and 2 grandchildren on a cloudy day in August and we had an incredible time. We saw an amazing horse show filled with pageantry, lights, music, sparkle and beautiful horses. They kept us entertained, laughing and at times in awe of their... More

Fun place to visit. Age group of mine was 83,44,9,&10. We all loved it. I'd say about 4-5 hours was spent there. Prices are decent, however you pay for each thing as you do it making it seem like all your doing is spending money all day. I'd like to see the outdoor animals in larger cages,But I feel that... We had a 1 yr. old and a 4yr. old with us and it kept their attention for 1 1/2 hrs. My daughter , her husband, my husband, and myself attended. Every dance from these beautiful horses told a story. The music was wonderful and the lights were captivating. My husband and I both cried because it brought out the... More

This is amazing. Anyone will love it from babies to adults!!! I can't tell you how wonderful it was for the grandparents and our three grandchildren, ages 2 through 7. Amazing petting zoo, train ride and foremost, the beautiful dancing horses.

Really unique experience for animal lovers and alike. The petting zoo is actually well done and there are attendants available to answer questions and facilitate interacting with the animals. The nature walk through a wooded area hides a number of really neat enclosures and animals including porcupines, Bobcats, deer and fox to name a few- definitely worth the very short... More

Any age will enjoy this attraction. The show demonstrates talent, is quick paced and seating makes you feel part of it. The petting zoo is friendly and the workers allow you to be very hands on. The bird show, tractor ride, and horse show are definitely a must see and do. Worth the trip!! You will have no regrets.

I took my 9 year old granddaughter to the show. We both loved every minute of it. It is so entertaining. The bird show is great as is the behind the scene tour. I would highly recommend this for all ages.

Admission of $10 per person is a joke for what that actually got you (a walk through the barn and pasture) and a bird show. They nickel and dime your for each additional activity within the park. The park was a little run down. Nothing impressive to see here. Save your money and go to a nice zoo.

This is a jewel easily missed. The horse show was amazing and well worth attending. They also have an interesting bird show and a petting zoo. The horse theater provides dinner prior to the show. The talent of the riders and the trained animals was awesome. It is well worth attending. The children can have pictures taken on the horses.... More

This is one of my favorite things to do with the Grandkids. I wish I could adopt a few, just to attend! I have visited Animal Gardens and seen the Dancing Horses at least six times. I never tire of the talent. Aside from the show, take time to visit the animal farm, bird show (you will be amazed) and... More
