Cedarburg is a trip back in time.

Had an amazing weekend. People were super in the town. Had a small town ambience as you were starring in the Andy Griffith show. LOVED it!

We enjoyed going through all the shops while waiting for our tour of the winery that is in the building. We loved the antique shops and the trading post. We were told both the crepe place and the Anvil restaurant were great food but we didn't make it for actual meals to those. We did get popcorn from the trading... More

Great shopping. Winery tour with samples. All in a three story 150 year old building. A must everytime we go to Cedarburg

A couple interesting shops here but most are overpriced for the merchandise they carry. Better and more eclectic offerings down Washington Street. Exception being the winery. Good wine fairly priced. They'll deliver to in town inns.

The city of Cedarburg wisely preserved this landmark from the mid-1800's. The woolen mill is situated on the banks of Cedar Creek. Back in the day, the water was used to power the mill. Today the creek is a lovely backdrop to this historic building. The Anvil Restaurant has a patio area on the creek where you can sip drinks... More

This was an old woolen mill dating back to the mid 1800's. There's lots of shopping, of many kinds here. Everything from antiques, to international items, to fragrances, to nick nacks, to wine and cheese. Several restaurants too. On the outside there is a dam, a millrace and a pond.
