I love this place

I love this place. Great for kids, you can walk around and pet some of the animals in the petting zoo. They also have an inside place to see the smaller animals.

Small but nice. Staff are super nice and well educated. Nice petting farm area that kids love. Train ride too!

Neither we nor any of our guests have had any prior experience with an actual Birthday Party at the zoo, even though many of us have visited the zoo on countless occasions. (We love Boo at the Zoo!) Our party hostess today was named Morgan. I can not stress enough how absolutely wonderful this young lady was with us and... More

The selection is very limited. The idea of a Zoo is a Zoological Park and I don't think qualifies as a Park. It is more of a wildlife exhibit.

We visited the Good Zoo today with our grandson, who was in from out of town. We were very disappointed at many aspects, the train ride, except for the fact of being a ride on a train, was very disappointing! The wetlands where the swans, turtles etc.. were was a mess. There was only 2 swans,1 duck & 2 turtles that... More

This zoo is underwhelming. We started with the train ride and saw two zebra, an ostrich and some painted dogs. We then walked around the zoo and there were about 5 other attractions to see and very few animals.

The train ride is just that: a ride. The only three animals you see are a couple of zebras, an ostrich an some African wild dogs. It is fine if you have children who enjoy trains, but don't expect to see the zoo. The petting zoo had some goats and mules to look at and touch. The highlight is the... More

Feeding the lorikeets is a blast! Bring quarters so you can feed the goats! We knew this was a small zoo but it had a lot of activities and wasn't crowded! Our kids loved playing vet, doing puzzles, and all the other fun activities set up in the main building. I just wish it opened earlier...it was so hot by... More

Buy nectar at the shop and feed the Lorikeets. It's awesome. Train was broken while we were there but looked cool. They also had a model train room that rocked. Nice place to spend an 60-90 minutes. African dogs were different too.
