My husband and I recently visited this location and pleasantly enjoyed our time there. We had a wonderful time browsing the shop. We also stopped at the museum and were amazed with all of the beautiful pieces that are on exhibit. The glass makers were there making eggs, so we stopped to admire their craft and learn more about what... More

We started with a demonstration, educational talk, and visit with the glass blower. This is a very interesting art form and amazes many as to how things are made. From the smallest of items like marbles to big beautiful multicolored pieces, one can't help but come away awed and amazed at the skill and artistry required to create such intriguing... More

Lots of beautiful glass products in all price ranges, but the really nice stuff is really pricey. High quality, though and a lot of it's local

Carriage House Glass has a wide variety of glassware and other gift ideas. They offer prices from the very lows to the highs so there is something for everyone. While at the Oglebay Resort or in the area, make a stop at Carriage House Glass to see what you can find.

Very beautiful displays. Would like to see something more intricately made then a glass paper weight...which I've seen previously. Pricing high and no personalized glass etching available.

Wow, if you like glass art & otherwise...they have it! Everything from serving pieces to pure glass art from WV and elsewhere. Also a very nice glass museum (with a fee to see).

We visit Wheeling every few years when we travel from Oregon, and make it a point to stop at the Carriage House Glass shop. We have bought some beautiful vases and bowls there which we have enjoyed showing in our home. Sometimes there is a selection of vintage glass for sale as well as new pieces. There are smaller, less... More
