Start with an 11,000 acre playground serving up the best of the mountains, however you like it. Your days here are like having dessert first. Our Village is situated atop the mountain and gives you access to spa-ing, shopping and even dancing. It all feels better at 4,848 feet.

Long runs, great snow, beautiful village in an exclusive off-the-beaten-path resort. Bring what you need...the nearest big box store is an hour away...but once there you won't wanna leave. Awesome conditions!

This is our favorite place to snow ski! We try and go at least once a year. The lodging is great and the wait on the lifts is not to bad. They have hills for everyone of all skills.

I've been to snowshoe twice now and each time I had a wonderful experience. Both were with a large group. The first was lodged at Allegheny with over 30 people so I had little to do with organizing it. However, the lodge people were incredibly nice and accommodating. Even when bought tickets I didnt want (and the tickets say no... More

We went in the off-season, but a $25 day pass gets you access to zipline, rock climbing wall, Eurobungee, paddleboard, and all kinds of activities. Great value.

I've heard we were lucky because of all the extra snow this year as we went in late march which is pushing it but they make snow up to about the 18th. It was great, mostly good instructors for kids ski school. My daughter had a bad first day and wanted to quit the whole day. The next day I... More

When I think east coast skiing I think one thing....ICE. Not the case here. The snow was surprisingly good and the runs were well groomed and cared for. Although not a huge mountain, this was a perfect place for the family. My wife and I are advanced skiers, but our kids are still developing. We had skied in Utah a... More

After growing up skiing in Colorado, I was very skeptical about skiing in WV, especially in March! Like other viewers said, the snow icy in the morning then about 3 hours of perfect conditions followed by almost dangerous slush in the afternoon. We skied for 2 days and that was plenty. The kids did 1 day ski school and could... More

We had a great time here in March. Still plenty of snow, good activites and felt like the resort was fully functioning, but slighly less crowded than the mid of winter. Snow conditions were great considering the weather leading up to our visit. I will absolutely come back, and would have no problems coming back in March/ Spring.
