We arrived at the museum to purchase our ferry tickets a little after 2pm. We rode the 3:00 ferry to the island and had approximately an hour before the island closed. We took the guided wagon ride around the island (although there are bicycle rentals available) and viewed the rebuilt mansion, the Putnam house, a log cabin (the park guy... more
