Loved the casino, most staff very hospitable, got $10 free play when I signed up for players club (get special room rates with club card)Thursday night, craps table closed in the middle of a game which I thought was shiesty, but overall, I enjoyed the games and won money on the 1 armed bandits!

Great place to not only gamble but to eat. The French Quarter has brilliant food and on the right night great specials.

It was a clean casino and had a lot of slot machines, from penny slots on up to high roller slots as well as tables such as roulette, blackjack, 5 card draw and crap tables.

We did walk out with less in our pockets. Nonetheless we got better play than several other casinos in the Midwest. It was clean with pleasant staff and fellow patrons were happy as well. Tables were straight with good dealers and there were $5 blackjack also. Nice bar and good play on machines. I would have left 4 stars(circles) but... More

To make my review short and sweet...this casino sucked! I've been to way better casinos. This place didn't even have free fountain drinks like other casinos do. Not to mention I lost over 70 dollars in less than 30 minutes. NEVER COMING BACK!

Mardi Gras Casino is a few miles west of Charleston, not too far from he interstate exit. There's plenty of free parking but you might have to walk a bit from your space. Valet parking is available in the evening. The casino is on the smallish side with mostly slot machines. The decor is based on the name. Lots of... More

We lived in Vegas for 6 years and never expect a casino to live up to any type of standards for 'Vegas' style that aren't in Vegas. Tucked away in the mountains of WV, this is exactly what you expect from a small local casino and we had a great time! Yes, some slots are older, but if you know... More

Casino is nice. No smoking which is a plus. No free liquor. Slots are dated for the most part. About 1000 which sounds like a lot until you go hunting for those you like. Had a good time, but they need newer slots. Loved the Wizard of Oz slots tho.!!!

This is a very poor excuse for a casino. Nearly all the slot machines are really old. There appears to be no one winning as there are no shouts of joy, no announcements about winners, no activity. The place is dark and small. The paybacks are terrible and no comps of any significance. Take my advice, don't waste your time... More
