A must visit when in the area. Their wine is very nice as are their other products such as grapa, liquours, and the delicious chocolate wines. A beautiful place to visit, enjoy a bottle of their wine on their deck overlooking the vines. Easy access, great people, wonderful products. Take a lunch, cheese plate, etc. and enjoy this very welcoming... More

I have been here several times. I enjoy the wines and feel they have a large selection of wines from sweet to dry. I had the pleasure of working directly with Eric on making labels for my wedding in 2013. I made my own design and he adapted it to his system. He even went out of his way to... More

A lovely little spot for wine tasting. Tons of fruit wines as well as award winning reds and whites. They also bottle spirits. I tried the amber rum which had a really nice brown sugar flavor, but at 101 proof, was too strong for my taste. We bought four bottles and will be back again in the future. A nice... More

I was impressed by the range of various wines and spirits they have. Once the gentleman knew what we liked, he made some excellent suggestions and had us taste a few different items. We even got a preview of an upcoming spirit that will be bottled next month. Informative and delicious visit.

A tiny little winery tucked along the road. good, CHEAP wine. Most bottles are $10 or under. Lot's of fruit wines, The peach is awesome. Also, try the Bad Cat. The Niagara is the best I have ever had. Better than anything along the Erie wine trail. The port wines are great and now they are just over the state... More

Wine was super tasty! Lots of fruity wine here and worth the trip. However, the staff seemed highly annoyed that we were even there! It was very bizarre. We asked for a tasting and received no help and was quickly hurried away after trying only a few wines. Luckily, we looked past the rudeness of the employees and enjoyed their... More

The setting for this winery is stunning! Just a few minutes drive through the country from Morgantown, it was an enjoyable excursion. The wine a spirit tasting was free, which was nice. Small snacks are available. Fun outing for a small group.

My wife love to visit local wineries while traveling so we stopped by the Fort of Cheat Winery. We visited in Early October and the drive to the winery was very pretty with the leaves starting to turn colors. Once we arrived we were the only people there so we got to taste as many wines and spirits we wanted...for... More

We have made many visits to family in Morgantown but this time wanted to do things we had never done before. Choosing to visit the Forks of Cheat winery was a great decision. We went to the tasting room where we could choose as many selections as we wanted for free tasting. We wanted to enjoy a bottle of wine... More
