On a motorcycle trip and saw the "tour glass factory" sign. It was very interesting watching the glass blowers up close making mugs and vases by hand. The tour really is a self guided tour, go upstairs at a certain time and the craftsmen are working. If you are there at the wrong time, you won't get to watch them.... More

It's fascinating to watch men blow and mold art glass from the covered observation deck. There is a small museum upstairs with old Blenko pieces dating back to the 1930s. The main floor is their shop where you can find items of all prices and sizes. They mostly group it by color. It looks like a rainbow when you go... More

Plan to stop for a few hours and shop the store, them take a factory tour and see how the glass is hand blown by local artists. Great variety of colors and styles, reasonable priced. Blenko always makes a great gift!

We had a great afternoon at Blenko Glass Co during their Festival of Glass. The tour was informative and interesting, and the Dalle class was relaxing fun. The tour and gift shop have free admission, and the class we took was reasonably priced. Everyone was super friendly, and the senior Mr. Blenko was there to etch his signature on purchased... More

Our visit was a spur-of-the-moment decision - saw a billboard on the interstate and decided to go. It's only about 5-10 minutes from the interstate and very easy to get to. On the outside it doesn't look like much, but the inside of the visitor's center is a different story. Upstairs is a "museum" of the company and some stained... More

The gift shop had a wide selection of handmade glass in a variety of colors and price points. The staff was friendly and helpful! A great place to stop and pick up a unique piece of WV glass.

Blenko glass is an internationally known art glass studio. If your timing is right you can visit the production area and watch hand blown art glass being made. As always, exit through the gift shop where you can purchase one of a kind art glass.

Educational place to learn about decorative glass blowing and pressing. The gift shop has many beautiful items for purchase. The displays in the gallery are worth the trip.
