Not much to see here

Most of the stores are closed, or mediocre. They do have JC Penny, Bonton, and a few barber shops. For real shopping go to Hagerstown or Winchester.

I worked in this mall seven years as a store manager, seen 30+ stores come and go. owners have not done anything to improve this mall. each week the traffic thins more. I was fired from my job because sales were down. how can any o.d think there business is going to be successful in a mall like this.

Every month I am amazed that the mall remains open. There are very few stores left in this particular mall. On most days the place is empty. The anchor stores consist of JcPenney and Bon-Ton. Most people drive to Winchester or Hagerstown to shop.

The sales staff is spread quite thin and the selections are very small. There was no one in sight when i needed assistance. After searching for a sales person, I had to remember where I was when I needed the I help. Once I explained and asked my question, the sales rep. just said "no, this is all we have",... More

I hate to jump on the bandwagon, and give this mall a poor rating, but it is what it is. There are still some great stores here. We love the selection at BonTon (although the prices are steep), the younger crowd love the Claire's, Deb, Rue 21, and the As Seen On TV toys and more store. The import dollar... More

The mall is very quiet with shops keep going out of business. There aren't many numerous shop and I don't really go there unless I need to go shopping at Bonton or attend those events inside the mall. There is also JCPenny but it's very small. In my opinion, it's worth driving to Hagerstown or Winchester for shopping. I wish... More

The only thing I ever go to that mall for, which is rare, is Claire's or JCPenney. But only if I really need something because it's convenient for me. And I normally can find what I am looking for at these two stores. This is a dead mall. It used to be busier, but you can even go on a... More

Unfortunately, not many stores are left in the mall. You are better off driving to the many stores within 0.5-1 mile of the mall.

Architecturally the Mall in Martinsburg is attractive. The lay out is somewhat confusing. The anchor stores are now BonTon & JCP. Sears closed up and left. The standard clothing shops have also moved on. The real estate has change hands a few times. There was an attempt to convert it to a University campus. This has yet to materialize. It... More

There's not much left in the mall anymore. Empty spots everywhere. Stores that are there have limited selections. I used to make purchases every visit. The last five times I went, I bought nothing. Not worth the trip.
