Many beautiful fall leaves and we stopped in an area with plaques of history and a gorgeous stream. We also stopped at an area called Cranberry Nature Center that had animals of that area on display and other interesting info. Very nice drive.

We enjoyed the drive on this scenic highway. There was a nature walk/trail with a boardwalk for you to explore the local plants and get a look at the forest and rest rooms if you needed the break.

The fall colors were exploding along every inch of the roadway! There are ample spots to safely pull over for photos or just to take a break and a short hike. The views are amazing!

Beautiful fall colors this past weekend. The road is a pleasant drive that gets few people on a weekday and never feels overwhelming like Skyline/Blue Ridge on the weekend. Rather few people hike the trails which include wilderness (to the West) and plenty of nice dayhikes. Very well organized area. Nice camping sites which were not full even on a... More

Beautiful views the entire length of the highway. Lots of places to stop for pictures. 35 MPH to take it all in. Fall is a wonderful time to visit, pack a picnic.

Wow oh Wow! This place is peaceful and stunning. We love the ride and the side trails. We ventured off the beaten path and fell in even more love with the area. We hit it at sunrise and sunset. All I can say is beautiful.

I was lucky enough to drive down during the fall. Lovely colors. Several hiking trails available. Short drive away is the Cranberry Glades Nature Center, the glades and waterfalls. Must see!

A very pretty road trip - curvy, windy and relatively slow. Certainly you shouldn't take this at blinding speed. But for real beauty, take scenic hwy 150. It hits 219 above Marlinton and ends at the Cranberry Glad nature center.

Beautiful mountain scenery if a bit challenging for flatland drivers. We enjoyed it more on the motorcycle than driving the motorhome to the park.
