It's difficult to rate a place like this because it's essentially an outside mall. There is very little shopping, a book store, a clothing place and a game store. It's mostly restaurants but there is a movie theatre and the pottery place. In the summer there is a concert series that many people enjoy.

There are several things to do in this little area...places to eat, a movie theater and a little joint called The Pottery Place. My wife has taken our girls there a couple of times, but she and I went for V-Day. I have to admit, it wasn't as bad as I expected. You pick your own piece of pottery, paint... More

It's great--- movies, shops, good food choices! The atmosphere here is wonderful and you can just stroll around!

I was honestly surprised when it finally got a couple of movies that I never thought would hit the state's capitol, let alone one of the bigger metropolitan areas in the region. It's got a movie theater, overpriced food and clothing shops, etc. What you'd expect, but parking's surprisingly cheap.

Very pleasant place to visit during an afternoon or evening with friends. Seems popular with the local folks too.

Very nice area for evening out to shop, eat and see a movie. Several small shops, book store and places to eat. In summer they have live music

I traveled to attend a Marshall University football game. They won. I am glad. I dislike the distance between venues. Too much distance between Hampton, and the University, but definetly the best place to stay. Fat Pattys and Bob Evans are best places to eat.

Good place to catch a movie, some Thai food, Max and Ermas, Starbucks , 5 Guys. Within walking distance of Hibachi, Taste of Asia, and Tropically Moon.

I paid $9 for my son to attend a field trip to The Pottery Place. It was a joke. The staff basically have the kids a tile and said "here paint this". For a learning experience, no one told the kids what medium they were using, and how it would turn out glossy after it was "cooked" in a special... More
