I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this amazing PRIVATE COLLECTION of period antiques and all manner of pioneer-through-1900's. The tour guide was interesting and informative and welcomed us to take as many photos as we liked. The narrative was never boring as we were walked from building to building, either. After the tour, we were invited to explore the other... More

Our family loves the Heritage Farm Museum and Village in Huntington, West Virginia. We stay there every year while attending our annual family reunion in the area. It is like a step back in time with all of the beautiful surroundings and historic elements. It makes us feel all the more connected to our family roots that started so many... More

Visited here and was very glad I did. The Perry's have done a lot of collecting of antiques, log cabins and memorabilia over the years and displayed and kept up very nicely. Take a walk in the past. Very interesting.

I am a local here in Huntington and I adore Heritage Farm - it is family owned by the Perrys. Mike and Henriella are the founders of the farm and are wonderfully nice and welcoming people. A visit to Heritage Farm is like stepping back in time - everything is very authentic and the antiques and relics displayed are fascinating.... More

After driving 30 mins out of our way, we arrived at 2:10. We were told that we were too late to enter even though closing time was posted as 3:00. It is not enjoyable having to explain to a 5 yr old that he can't enjoy the museum and grounds. Very poor business practice. Obviously, we will avoid making the... More

We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced when you came to Heritage Farm with your child. We are especially sorry that there was no opportunity for you to see our museums and grounds. Our signage, brochures and website indicate that our last tour begins as 2:00 pm and finishes at 3:00 pm when our facilities close. We hope you will... More

The Crocodile Hunter encouraged not only to look at animals but to get in there and explore. You can touch many of the items at the museum. Turn the crank of an old washing machine, open a box on a nail bin, move a plug on the operators phone line. Rates to rent a house on property were amazing! $350... More

Heritage Farm Museum and Village is a great place to bring the kids or to stay the night. We were just there for their spring festival. We have a 2 and 1/2 year old and she had a blast! Among all of the artifacts which are housed in numerous buildings, they also had many vendors who were demonstrating many different... More

My sons Kindergarten class went here and it was absolutely amazing. The staff is very friendly and the attractions are very well kept up. The children all loved seeing how things were done back in the old days and compare it to now a days way of living. My children loved getting the milk the fake cow and pumping the... More

The Mike Perry family have made this an outstanding place to see many things from the last 100+ years - there is so much variety. The cottages are lovely if available and the main hall is a great place to hold activities. The Perry family has made this come alive.

We stopped to check this place out and i am not sure what is so special here, from what we saw from the road it looked like a farm that needed some work done to it.
