This place is sprawling. Huge! Motife is western. Many, many slots plus tables. Food court is plentiful with a great selection. Unfortunatly the buffet was closed or I would have tried it. All in all, very impressive. Slots were modest: left with 1/2 of my stake after 2 hrs; not bad. Give it a whirl!

We were heading to the beach and saw the sign for the casino. Decides to make a side stop and check it out. It had been many years since we had gone. I really liked how it has changed since it is now called Hollywood Casino. They had a lot of diffrent slots that I liked. Of course it helps... More

nice casino. big and clean. free soft drinks. a whole lot of penny slots. as a non-gambler, there wasn't much to do. I went to hang out with my husband who sat at the tables. if you're not betting, you have to stand. All around where he was sitting (front right of the bar) there were only penny slots. I... More

This was our second trip to CharlesTown for the casino. We spent 3 days there last Nov and enjoyed ourselves immensely. This time was also very enjoyable except for one thing……the dinner buffet (more on this later). This is a large well kept casino and the employees were very friendly and helpful. We visited the food court several times and... More

We stopped by for about 2 hours while traveling through the area and really had a good time. We parked in one of the parking decks and were in the casino within a few minutes. It was our first time so we had to obtain a playing card, required our state driver’s license, but that only took a few minutes... More

If you do love gambling, there is more than enough variety here. Blackjack, Craps, and of course my personal favorite - lots of slot machines!! But they also have Thoroughbred horse racing 8 months of the year, a variety of restaurant choices (from a food court to an expensive steak house), and on the weekend they usually have a band... We've been twice. The second time we went, it was more exciting because we bet a few dollars on some horses. Makes you get more excited about the races.

We were a little disappointed by this casino. Their commercials do a great job getting you in, but the energy level we expected from a casino just wasn't there. They also didn't have many eating options. I think we only saw 2 and tried both. The buffet was better we expected from a buffet. The sports bar looked great, but... More

The staff is very friendly. My machine ate my money and a slot tech was there in less than a minute to fix it. A majority of the slots are penny and nickel machines. It would be nice to see more quarter, 50 cent and dollar machines with a greater variety of games to choose from. Machines are extremely tight.... More

Sometimes a bit tight and then every now and again do extremely well. Can get drinks from cocktail waitress (b sure 2 tip) or can help yourself to free fountain drinks. Clean, nice, shuttle picks u up right out front if staying at any of several motels near by, (again remember to tip) lots of under cover parking, great security.... More
