We signed up with some friends and spent a Saturday afternoon touring - and tasting - local wineries. The tour we did included a luxury small bus picking us up at a downtown Seattle hotel (there is an eastside pick up option too) and taking us to several wineries - one of which provided a 3 course lunch! 6 hours...

We learned of Barrel Wine Tours via Living Social-- and I'm glad we did! They operate tours of ~25 people from Seattle area hotels to Woodinville winerys. The ride is about 1 h, but comfortable.
