Very nice place to walk. You must walk your dog on a leash and pick up after your dog. The parks are well kept and very enjoyable.

Good park for exercise: running, walking, biking. Large park with lots of parking. Includes boat ramp.

Great place to run - scenic and pretty. Very convenient if you are staying at Comfort Suites. I saw lots of campers hitched to vehicles camping at the park. Looks like a fun way to vacation - very pretty.

Wenatchee has MANY state parks along the river. We loved this location because it is was very close to Comfort Suites Hotel, Good places to eat nearby. Winery and shopping. The park was VERY clean. and not to crowded. Will bring kids back here when we get a chance.

It was the perfect place to pull off and enjoy our lunch. A delightful table under a shade tree right on the river bank was a real welcome rest after a long morning drive. And the price could not be beat!

It's not a gorgeous park but it's clean, safe, and a good spot to chill and use as "home base" for camping. It has great playgrounds, swimming area in river (cold), and a phenomenal cement 10-mile walking/biking loop trail. Arby's, Taco del Mar, theater, and grocery store are 1/2 mile walk away. It's quiet.

If you go in the heat of the summer, make sure you have shade! This place gets hot! The spots closer to the river give you easier access, but we just rode bikes or drove to the river hole. Bathrooms/showers by the river also. Big play area there too. Noticed a huge group site closer to river/tennis courts also. Plus... More

We stayed one night and had fun. Swimming, fishing and playing tennis. The park is very clean. We could have enjoyed more if our campsite had shade on picnic table and tent. We planned to stay 2 nights, but we left second day and we don't regret it.

This was our first family camp trip to the park and was pleasantly surprised at how spacious the individual spaces were as well as the surrounding grounds. Possibly it was just the weekend we were there (Father's Day weekend), but the campground was extremely quiet, to the point we wondered if everyone had gone to bed by 9pm. Our space... More
