Lovely grand facility and right next door at the Corina Bakery you must make time for their Banana pudding... Guaranteed if you like banana flavoring without having an exceedingly sweet desert. . It is delicious! Very nice romantic setting for a couple!

We enjoy the out-of-the-norm places and the Grand Cinema is exactly that. The theater seats were comfortable. The viewing quality isn't what you'll get at an AMC or Regal but that just adds to the experience. The concessions are very reasonably priced.

This theater shows the movies you won't see at the plexes or the malls. Kinda' funky and quirky. Parking is a bit of a challenge.

The Grant Cinema is a unique facility run entirely by volunteers. They show unique independent films that seldom show up at the multiscreen theaters. The volunteer staff is friendly efficient and clearly loves the movies. The theaters are small and well maintained. Prices are reasonable, and it is a great place to go see a unique independent movie.

This is a non profit theater with four screens. The theaters are small and comfortable. The movies tend to be things you might not get to see in the main stream theaters with some foreign films. Many "sleeper" movies started here and then exploded into the big theaters. They also support activities such as new film makers festival each year.... More

Do you love foreign films? Independent films?? Films that make you pause? Films that make you think? The Grand is the place to go! You won't find the Hollywood mega million movies here--thank goodness. The popcorn is the best-- real butter with no extra charge and cooked in canola oil. It is run by (mostly) volunteers and you can tell... More

Great films and not too big. Bakery right next door. Easy parking even though it's downtown. If you want a huge theatre with a thunderous sound system, this is not for you. But if you want a nice size group experience, watching indepedent cinema, get down there!

My family and I viewed the award winning movie "The King's Speech" in this theater prior to its wider release a few months later. The theater is popular, and if you don't get there early enough, you may be disappointed and turned away. Lots of folks love this place and have joined by buying an annual pass, which also gives...
